I went to their offices and set up an appointment, which was more than reasonable. On the appointed day a gentleman came with the proper identification and checked the system. After reviewing he found a problem with the motor, which he did not have in his truck and he informed us that he would come back the next day, which he did and changed out the motor plus did a full system check and evaluation.
