So many folks in this field don't want to leave a digital paper trail they refuse to communicate via any means other than phoning. That tells WinWood's story: WInWood is transparent, they practice great communication, are easy to work with, and they are proud of their work. They are not afraid to be held accountable to the agreements they make, this is sadly super rare. The price was more than reasonable. I'd rather not but I'd pay a premium for such great treatment. The work they do is great but the interaction and the way they treat customers is the secret sauce that so many others know of and are unwilling to use.
