so its a Gas Station on the Hill I can see this one from my place and I used to think they had high prices for fuel, as I would see the change of the price all the time, but as I have been checking out other Shell and 76 Stations I have found the gas to cheaper than other places on the hill $2.99 for Regular right now they don't have a car wash here like the one on 12th does but they do have soda and beer and some snacks they also have water and air, and pay phones, but they are turned off after 10pm I think it is so the drug dealers can not use them at night if you get fuel here just go inside afterwards and they will turn the air on for free, so save a quarter if you are gonna fuel anyways read more

OK, confession time: I put myself on a diet to drop my cholesterol and fit back into my 32" jeans. I put on a few pounds since destroying my back with a herniated disc earlier this year--surprise surprise, when I'm in pain, I crave ice cream! And when I'm in pain and craving ice cream, it's usually in the middle of the night, after trying to sleep and having my sciatic nerve go absolutely insane. Seriously, if pain signals are your body alerting you that you're doing something wrong and you should stop, wouldn't it have made sense if they would have come with a "dismiss" button? "Yes, I get it, lying in any position besides hanging upside down by my ankles hurts. Can you please now let me get some )*($@! sleep?" "No? Fine. We're getting ice cream." Middle of the night ice cream cravings usually lead me to open gas station convenience marts. Seattle hasn't quite gotten the memo that it's a grown up city, and in typical small-town "you should be in bed" mentality, the grocery stores all seem to close about midnight. Those that remain open--QFC for example--don't have much of a selection in single serving ice cream bars. And I definitely don't need a box of ice cream bars to retreat to. SO... off to the gas stations I go. This Shell station happens to be one of the spots I've reached out to for midnight snack help. Unfortunately, their ice cream selection blows ass. Dibs? Who the hell eats those? I tried them once. ONCE. And fudge bars? Nah. Haagan Daaz bars are a bit pricey. Where's my Snickers ice cream bar? Can't really have too high of expectations for a gas station convenience store. That being said, this store is cleaner than most others and the attendant who helped me late at night was friendly and alert--something that almost happens later at night at these stores. read more

It's a gas station convenience store. It's open regular hours. Clean. Well stocked with just about anything you'd need. It's very easy to find what you need And the staff are more than competent and friendly enough. I think it is a family run store. I live right across the street so it is convenient. And I have never seen anything outdated, so they keep up on stocking and rotating stock. read more

Price is high! Compair to where I normally get Desiel fuel its a dollar more, but its one of the few stations that has desiel. So in a crunch needing fuel I had to go there. When I went there got almost bulled down by a Seattle PD trying to get to this tweeker on the side of the entrance lof the convince store... I was in the area I put gas into my car and then I went inside the store. The cashier was very rude I ask him very politely can I use the restroom please he won't let me. He told me it is for customer use only after showing him the receipt we won't let me very unpleasant and rude behavior. read more

SUPER RUDE!! I was stuck in traffic and my gas light went on and I realized I forgot my wallet. I went inside to ask if they coud take a card over the phone, or a pic of my id and the cc and he said he was a worker and not authorized, which was fine and totally expected. So as I waited for my husband to bring it to me, I parked in the completely parking lot. The guy came out a bit later and asked me to move my car. It had snowed so I assumed he meant I needed to park it more straight. Then he asked again- I said I just explained the situation, I'm waiting for my husband to bring me my card so I can get gas at your establishment. After mumbling something he left, but I was so irritated by this experience and poor customer service that I will never come here again, even though it's close to my house. read more

This is a gas station, it sells gas, when I fill my car with it, my car moves. Serves it's purpose. It's on the hill and the prices are decent. One thing to note, every time I have been here there have not been any creeps. For a gas station in the city, that's a pretty good thing! read more

Worst experience I've had with customer service. I know that isn't high on the priority list for a gas station, but it was so bad I decided to write my first Yelp review for it. I was mocked for no reason which was completely new for me since I'm a very "PC" and polite person. Prices were shit too. I've never wrote a yelp review before but my recent experience made me change my mind. We stopped to buy gas and I really had to pee, so I went inside and saw the restroom sign and started walking that direction. The restroom had a sign on that the door saying "not for public use." I assumed the public meaning "not paying customers." I hadn't even gotten to the little hallway, much less touched the physical bathroom door before I hear "where do you think you're going?" In a very aggressive tone. I turned around and saw an old Asian man at the counter and I asked if I wasn't allowed to use the restroom, I explained I was a paying customer and was buying gas. He said "no public use can't you read??" And I said "I apologize I misunderstood the sign, have a good evening." And as I'm leaving he sighed very loudly and muttered something under his breath. If I could give zero stars and still write something I would. I came in to pick up my UPS package as this is the UPS waypoint that my package was dropped off at and I was directed to a shelf in a hallway. My package wasn't there but I could see 9 more packages in the office. I asked the man working to check them for my package and he refused. I called UPS to make sure that my package was delivered and it was even signed for. With customer service on the phone I went back in and he once again refused to check the other packages. They then asked me to get his name which he refused to give. Needless to say I still haven't gotten my package. He was a completely rude and awful person with the worst customer service. I will never spend a dime there. How are they even still in business?! read more
