Why's this dude reviewing a gas station you may ask? Because every time we come here, despite the odd triangular shape of the parking lot, it's easy in, easy out and today we discovered they have free air for your tires. While this isn't normally a selling point, we recently moved form a place where air often required 50 cents and the ability to move quickly from tire to tire. We tend to fill up here after a day at the Science center and each time we come by, it's a quick trip and we leave satisfied. Keep up the convenient work! read more

My husband and I would just like to thank Adam, 76 gas staff for helping us out on May 14 2023 at 11:30 pm at 76 gas station on Broad street when we asked for help with Uber. We had no wifi. We drove from BC, Canada to Seattle for a concert at the Climate Pledge Arena. After the concert, we waited for the traffic to clear, walked a few blocks down and called a cab. After a half an hr wait with still no sign of a cab and being in an unfamiliar city, I was getting nervous. I saw the 76 gas station and I told my husband that maybe we could get help there. It was already 11:30 pm, we are seniors and we were in new city and no idea how to get back to our hotel. We were apprehensive and tired. But Adam ( gas station staff)and another gentleman helped us out and made us feel safe. I would just like to show our gratitude to this young men who have shown kindness to strangers and helped without hesitation. We will always remember the 76 gas station at Broad street near the Pacific centre as a beacon of light, because this young man was our light. read more

The credit card reader at the pump wasn't working. Annoying, but no big deal. So I prepaid for $15 in gas inside. The cashier mistakenly keyed in $155. She then put in the correct $15, and claims she reversed incorrect $155. I pumped the $15 of gas and was on my way. When I received my Visa statement, I was surprised to see both the $155 charge and the $15 charge were there. I called the gas station and got through to a manager, who said I should wait for my next month's statement and see if the reversal showed up there. It did not. So I called back, and the same manager insisted they had reversed the bogus transaction, they had the paperwork to prove it, and that they couldn't help me. I contacted visa, and they confirmed that the $155 had not been reversed. So I disputed the charge. I realize this was probably simple human error (or at least it started that way). But the way the error was dealt with was not professional. It wasted a bunch of my time tracking down the contact info for the gas station, waiting on hold, calling back again, dealing with visa, etc. And it left me with a clear sense that this business (at best) doesn't care about customer satisfaction, or (at worse) is dishonest. read more

Bought gas, then saw sign that there was no restroom. That is BS and I told them so. Don't count on peeing here.

Too expensive. Drive on some fumes a bit longer and go to the Shell in QA (not cheap but def not as $$$ as here, and less sketch).

This gas station always has nice clerks working behind the counter. There gas prices are about the same as everyone else. Pumps credit card swipe always work. The rest rooms are clean. I don't know what else to say about a gas station. read more
