As for ambiance, this place was quite cramped. I think that I say I felt comfortable because sometimes there's a level of uncleanliness that comes with cramped spaces. But this place seemed cleaner to me, so I had an elevated level of comfort. I doubt that I'll be walking by, but I have to say, with their later hours, if I need a gallon of water or some wine, I may make the trek up to them because they had the basics at some decent prices.

Getting here is easy. Just be mindful of your surroundings. People will be everywhere and you just might have to dodge vehicles that could be blocking the sidewalks. Inside, it's the typical 7-11 fare. Coolers stocked full of every drink under the sun. The snack selection was a bit lacking in my opinion. The neighborhood has a lot of people that live in it that are using the drugs, not necessarily all homeless. I find it's a great place to go if you want to help somebody. Not only do they have everything down to like garlic herb, even jalapeños, along with every other staple you can imagine. They really have went out of their way to stock as a mini market not as a place to shop daily but as a place come and get whatever you may have forgotten. Or if you need a night's meal. They actually sell some chicken and steaks one and two at a time in case you want to cook dinner for yourself. I've never seen that before. Class move. They make a great Cobb salad and with their ranch. They have a bunch of breakfast stuff along with chicken fried fresh all day. They make the best sandwiches at the most reasonable price. During my visit, the cashier exhibited extremely rude and disrespectful behavior. When I handed him my payment, he refused to take it directly and instead and said to place my money on the counter. He then falsey claimed that I was short on money. I had to count the change in front of him to prive that I provided the correct amount. It felt as though I was targeted and treated poorly due to my skin tone. No customer should be subjected to discrimination or hostility, especially when simply trying to make a purchase. Everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and respect, regardless of thier race. I expect higher standards of customer service from 7-Eleven. I hope you will address this matter with the staff @ this location to ensure all customers are treated fairly and respectfully. The cashier need to take along look in the mirror and he should reflect on his behavior and should practice self-awareness and maintain a professional attitude. Do better be better @ 7-Eleven regardless who is spend money.

There were none in the greeting cards aisle and none near the souvenir t-shirts. I asked the Security Guard and he suggested Aisle 4... Nope. That's the beverage aisle. I thought that I should check Aisle 1 since I looked in every other aisle... Of course the post cards were there! The last place was the winner! I grabbed a bunch and waited in line to pay. The customers ahead of me didn't have their wallets out and one woman had questions about a gift card. I give these store clerks credit... challenging customers test your patience... LOL! I just wanted to hurry outta there because I wasn't sure if I was in a free parking space on the street or not!

I got a prescription for 12 pills, the tech behind the counter told me it would be $23. When they called me back up to pick it up, the charged me $72+ saying they could break up the bottle and had to sell it as a full bottle of 60 pills. That's quite the racquet between Walgreens and the urgent care center.

Really good for last minute cards, and not just cheesy ones. There is also wrapping paper and such. Large selection of beverages, from juice to soda to waters to milk, and my necessary Red Bull. AND BEER AND WINE!! Really! Lots of snack foods and candy. But also some fruit (bananas are helpfully labelled "a good source of potassium") and quick lunch foods like sandwiches, wraps, yogurt and salads. In addition to food/beverages and cards, you can pick up magazines and newspapers and some random "gifts" like stuffed animals, mugs and picture frames. And in the event that we should ever be trapped in our building, there are basic first aid and toiletry items available as well. The manager/owner is probably the nicest guy in the history of the world. He seems genuinely thankful for each customer that passes though his doors and lets you know it. I walked out thinking I usually pay $10.11 or $10.19 or something like that? and also since when is ANYTHING straight on the dollar with tax? NEVER. Now, we are not talking about a whole lot of money, but it is still greedy and underhanded nevertheless. The kid there has charged me a dollar more for large chocolate bars. I found that out when the owner, Alex, charged me a dollar less and then I looked at the sticker on the display box and realized that two or three times I had paid a dollar more. Maybe he knew what he was doing; maybe not, but he has charged me a different price for cigarettes too. Anyway--I've dropped plenty of cash there at Christmas, etc., and now I will go to the other dimples in Two Union Square where, hopefully, they will charge me the price they advertise regardless if they think I'm aware or not.
