I've never had an issue at the gas station. The pumps are usually working with receipts!! The inside people are very efficient.

Extremely disturbing experience. Initially, she tried to give the situation the benefit of the doubt and wondered whether they could somehow have accidentally been sucked into a vacuum or otherwise misplaced during the cleaning. What happened afterward made the situation significantly more disturbing. On a later visit, employees were apparently discussing the incident among themselves and laughing about it. One employee was overheard saying words to the effect of, "That's the girl whose underwear got stolen." Think about that for a second. She had not gone around telling employees that her underwear had been "stolen." Yet employees were apparently aware of the missing underwear and were discussing her and the incident amongst themselves. She confronted an employee about what she had just overheard and asked what he was talking about. Instead of treating an extremely uncomfortable situation professionally and trying to determine what happened, the interaction escalated. The manager became defensive, and she says he called her a "bitch" while she was confronting them about the situation. She was also told that "only managers know about it," which raised even more questions about why employees appeared to be discussing it. After she challenged them about what had happened, the response was apparently to issue her a no-trespass notice rather than provide a satisfactory explanation for how employees knew about and were discussing her missing underwear. I want to be precise: I cannot personally prove which individual, if anyone, took the underwear. What I can say is that an intimate item disappeared from her vehicle, employees subsequently appeared to know about the incident and discuss it, she overheard an employee referring to her as the girl whose underwear was stolen, and her attempt to confront management about an obviously disturbing situation ended with an extraordinarily hostile response. That sequence of events destroyed any trust I had in this location. We've also had previous interactions here that made us uncomfortable with the way some employees behaved around my girlfriend, but this crossed an entirely different line. Customers hand employees access to their vehicles and personal belongings. That requires an enormous amount of trust and professionalism. Based on our experience, I would never bring a vehicle here again, and I would strongly recommend that others--particularly women--think carefully before leaving personal belongings in a vehicle entrusted to this location. Cobblestone management should investigate exactly what happened, determine why employees apparently knew about and were discussing a customer's missing intimate clothing, and explain why a customer raising that concern was allegedly met with insults and a no-trespass notice instead of professionalism and accountability.

The person ahead of us was trying to use her app for her membership card. We tried to help her. A staff member came over while we were helping so we excused ourselves. Unfortunately the pump is not set up for this. It's very convenient for the warehouse entry. There should be an update of the gas pump system to use the app or membership card, A majority of the members no doubt own cell phones but I imagine there are a few hold outs so I understand. While this is not the regular Costco Gasoline location we frequent, we do occasionally stop there, as we did this weekend. I often go with her because she doesn't like to fill her own gas tank. We'll get in the shortest line and stick with the etiquette of having two cars move up at a time. It doesn't matter which side the gas tanks are on, since the hose is long enough to reach the far side of your vehicle. They offer regular and premium gasoline, and there is an attendant available on weekdays from 6 AM to 10 PM, Saturdays from 6 AM to 8:30 PM, and Sundays from 6 AM to 7:30 PM. Simply honk for assistance. We have never needed help and have always found the process to be easy and the machines working. We also appreciate the discounted gas prices we get as Costco members. You can go to https://www.costco.com/gasoline.html to find gas station locations, learn more about Kirkland Signature™ Fuel, find out more about Cash Back Rewards, and find out more about the gas stations in general. As the website shares, if you get the Costco Anywhere Visa® Card by Citi or the Costco Anywhere Business Visa® Card by Citi, you can earn 5% back on Costco gas purchases when using one of these credit cards. You can earn 4% back on other gas purchases and EV charging, and 3% on restaurants and eligible travel, 2% on Costco purchases, and 1% on any other purchases. To be more specific, once you are a Costco member, you can purchase gas at Costco Gasoline locations. There are plenty of items, including groceries, that you can often purchase in bulk. The website now also includes a "treasure hunt," which is simply a rotating selection of items marked down or priced at extra value for a limited time. There is also a food court with very reasonably priced items, including the long-time favorite of a jumbo hot dog and drink for only $1.50, which my grandfather and I used to love to get together. There is also travel, photos, pharmacy, optical, and more. Plus, you can get some tasty samples and even buy discounted gift cards. So joining Costco is about a lot more than just the gas, though that's certainly an attractive added bonus for members!
