Walked in this shell while filing up gas. The gentlemen schedule on 04JUN2023 was cleaning at 8:00 p.m. I asked if i was able to use the restroom. He said yes go right ahead. Very clean and didn't smell at all. The lobby and restroom were very clean. He was very polite. Awesome customer service. Wish I would of gotten his name to write it here but I'm sure with date and time you can give him some recognition. read more

This is a very clean and nice gas station, I have been going there for some time now and one of the main reasons is the amazing service. There is a guy named Mohan that works there and he is very professional and caring. Every time I'm visiting this gas station, Mohan is busy cleaning it or organizing things, he is polite and knowledgeable about it all. is it illegal to decline someone from using the bathroom? the guy literally wanted me to buy something first to use the bathroom. i came to pump gas, but had the audacity to tell me to spend before using the bathroom. according to other reviews it seems like this is an occurring issue. i got gas and took off. hopefully i don't have to use this one again when I'm visiting this town. avoid this place if you can. read more

It is rare to find clean restrooms at a gas station. To be honest I was really surprised when I saw the restrooms here. Really clean and pleasant smell. The prices were reasonable and customer service was excellent. The guy was really polite and helpful. I wish every gas station was like this one. read more

Station is very clean prices are ok can be better its starting to go up tho, BUT the one thing I hate about this gas station is some of the cashiers will ask me personal questions like they want to know were I work and they say what do you do for work and they ask how much I paid for my dam vehicle what the heck! I am a private person and its uncomfortable to be interrogated every time I want to buy freaken gas, I want to be polite to everyone I come in contact with so its awkward to be questioned like this, what I should say politely is none of your business thank you. What I will like to know is if any other customers get interrogated like I do or is it because I am Black. read more

Place is full of crooks. Price on the sign doesn't match price at the pump price at the pump was $0.10 higher than advertised. Showed the clerk and they did not offer change price and just said not up to me speak to my manager who is here during the day not night. I was very unsatisfied and I will never return here again. I was one of four customers in line complaining and the clerk just shrugged his shoulders and said too bad not my problem. Terrible service. Stay away from this place. read more

They are super friendly! The gas prices are super cheap all the time. The ace is so clean and has recently been remodeled.

DO NOT get gas here. It's a pain to get in and out of, there are cheaper and easier places to go to in the area, and they're rude. Just plain rude. Couldn't even read the scratched up display, and when the machine messed up the manager blamed me for it. Couldn't even give me the benefit of the doubt. Instead he literally tells me, and I can't even believe he actually said this, not to blame the machine for my mistake. Really? We'd already paid and used my rewards, he finally reset it so we could fill up and leave. Still, not worth the hassle. You don't treat your customers like that, you just don't. I'm never going back there and telling everyone I know in the area not to either. If you HAVE to use your Ralphs rewards, go to a different station. read more

First of all this gas station is among the cleanest and well taken care of pump trough Laurel Canyon. I'm a native for over 15 yrs and I been pumping gas in this Shell. I know they're prices are always competitive from the near by gas stations. The guy above me "Erick" you sir clearly don't know what you are talking about. Chevron, 76, mobile, have always had the same gas prices. Sometimes about 2 cents in differences. Of course the Arco gas is always going to be cheaper than all of the others mentioned above, but if you ask me I'm not pumping gas in my Cars from Arco. Horrible customer service I asked to use the restroom and the clerk said the restroom is out of order I'm a regular customer here and the sign has been on the door for many many months and the clerk said the owner said put it back on and I asked him what are you got to use the restroom he says he didn't answer I think of handicap person came in and asked to use the restroom he would still say no because the owner said no don't come here don't buy gas here I simply asked him to use the restroom and he kept on saying no and no and no I asked him if I can have the owners phone number to give to call the owner he said no no customer service at all he wasn't apologetic so please don't come here don't come here that address is 11274 Laurel Canyon I think that if your customer or if not you still should be allowed to use the restroom what if you have your baby boy all your baby girl and you need to change their diaper or something and still the guy says no it's ridiculous read more

The first issue that i have with this shell, is the public restroom being "Out of Order" for about the past 5 years. I believe this to be B.S. they just do not want anyone using it, including customers. Secondly, the staff here are "Extremely Rude"... I mean everyone knows that you shouldn't bite the hand that feeds you, because without their customers they wouldn't be in business! read more

Went to get $100 in gift cards for stocking stuffers, they told us we had to pay cash only. Never have encountered that elsewhere so they lost our $100 and a customer. Sounds shady! read more
