A standard small BIC lighter that usually costs around $2.50 was $3.50 here, for no reason at all. They didn't even carry the basic cheaper lighters most convenience stores sell. It feels like they think they can charge whatever they want just because they're right next to the freeway. This is the only place I've found that is honest about cost, does not attempt to overcharge for an oil change, and doesn't try to make you pay for unnecessary repairs or upgrades. Denise came out to help me but she came right up to my window so I pulled it up because I can't be that close to somebody. However I opened the passenger side window and when she was on that side she was very upset and ignored me. And then kept walking inside despite me continuously saying help Please help Please help I then click the help button again and somebody with blonde hair came out who kept telling me to put the card in as I continued to share that I was charged multiple times already and then it finally went through. I called in to talk to the manager, today is Monday October 21st and it was 7:40 a.m. that I called. He and the rest of the staff continued to misgender me and mispronow me and talk over me. And continue to yell at me. And when I asked him will you please let me finish what I'm sharing or you going to keep talking over me.
