Found the wash to be similar in quality to quick quack and have yet to encounter a wait. Staff always super helpful and friendly. Only downside is the patrons of gas station tend to be on the sketchy side with unfortunate verbal altercations both witnessed and experienced first hand....definitely ghetto vibe mid day so recommend going early morning when low IQ still not active yet.

When I discover a classy establishment that impress' me I pay it forward. Hence, my latest review. Anyway, this Shell station operates 24/7 and sleep patterns vary it's perfect for me. The team at this location is outstanding. The normal graveyard shift has Craig and Author. These two guys are super friendly yet professional. The store is fully stocked including beer and wine, candy, sandwiches, etc. The station manager, Kim, needs to recognize those two employees personally less they become dissatisfied and move to, say to the Safeway complex down the street. However, in talking with them these last few months they seemed pretty happy there. I've never worked graveyard except years ago in Ashland, Oregon (Safeway). Believe me, it's not an easy shift. If it was up to me I'd get authorization to get them a cash bonus not a pat on the back. It's only my opinion. Daryl

The customers keep walking up to the door, and the door is locked with a sign taped to the door. A lot of customers are walking a way, not happy. Another customer, including myself, can't leave to another gas station because we will run out of gas. The other employee said they should be back in 10 minutes. No employee has returned yet after 10 minutes. What's going on?

Oh I was able to use the new clips I purchased at Folsom JEEP to refasten my fender and put the inner wheel well back on. I had to take it off to fix my broken couch. Now that I fixed it I was missing the correct clips to fasten it back together. My last issue is the plastic rivet tool I bought at Harbor Freight. I CANT FIND IT! Perhaps it was taken by space aliens! Did I ever say that I believe in UFO's? If not I believe in them. I find it hard to believe that we are the only life in the Galaxy! I only hope that they bring pizza too! Just think if they came do you think they would leave because of how bad we are? I wonder or maybe that don't live paying taxes. I know so many people that only see things in terms of dollars and cents and I sometimes wish my decisions in life would be so easy at to pick the cheapest option. Life isn't that simple. Subtle quality differences - and really - in the end save once - pay twice comes to mind. Diesel fuel is so sketchy in California, Florida, Illinois, Iowa, New York, Pennsylvania and Texas as it is - I don't want to drive around with the worst of the worst. My hot take on it is that these are states where the EPA took over... and so the fuel itself is worse for your vehicle in these states and better for the environment.

This location has a nice variety of refrigerated drinks from bottled water to juices, etc. The prices are pretty much on par with what you find somewhere else, but even for the few extra cents, the conveniences everything. Ease of parking, and I'm able to get in and out of the store fairly quickly.

We Pulled in for gas, went inside to pay, and nobody was at the register…read more When the clerk finally showed up she didn't say hello, didn't acknowledge me, didn't do a thing people who work customer service are supposed to do. I even tried to be friendly and engage her and got nothing back like she'd been standing in the corner sucking her thumb all night. The pump policy sign says if you give the wrong cup number they won't refund or switch your pump. That is awful. The attendant knew how to run the machine but had zero people skills -- not one iota. Gas isn't even cheap here, so there's no upside. I'm not going back. Go to another station unless you enjoy rude staff and ridiculous policies.

I generally will stop here when I need to fuel up my work vehicle because it's easy to fill up and jump right onto the freeway. The problem really is the parking lot adjacent, and the lines to get into the gas station. If your timing is even slightly off, the lines can be long and feel unmanageable. The traffic into each gas pump is thankfully one direction, but people still try to make it difficult for everyone by taking up more space at the pump than needed, and the obligatory gas spillage all over the ground. This location has lower fuel cost from the other major players in the area, which is its appeal. If they just could fix the traffic flow, it would be a much better experience!
