Chevron is not the least expensive place to fill up a gas fueled vehicle, but if you're looking for ease inconvenience for jumping on and off the local freeway, this might be your go to spot. It's my go to spot when I'm in the area and this is the secret of my success... I'm not stopping for petrol, I'm actually stopping to grab a drink. Yep that's correct! This location has a nice variety of refrigerated drinks from bottled water to juices, etc. The prices are pretty much on par with what you find somewhere else, but even for the few extra cents, the conveniences everything. If I could give this place no stars I would. My husband and I came here last night on 1/1/23, prepaid $20 and the pump was not working. We told the girl there, Rocsiey, who asked us to put the nozzle back and try again. We did, still did not work. I went inside to try to figure something out, asked for a refund or to switch it to another pump and the girl basically told me "there's no way to prove you didn't fuel up so I can't issue a refund if it's not working" WHAT? You knew there was a problem with it and are now acting like you didn't know? She insisted we can talk to a manager, but then refused to call her even though she had sent another employee (I believe his name was Alex) to speak to a "manager" in the back office. Interesting, right? There was a police officer present so we asked what we can do about the situation. He advised to come back and speak to a manager when they're available. We took down names, a receipt, and pictures of the last transaction on the pump. Rocsiey said the manager Brenda would be in the next day at 5am until 1pm, we said we'd leave and come back to speak to the manager. At no point during any of this did either employee show any type of empathy, no "I'm sorry this is happening", just Rocsiey being extremely rude and aggressive towards my husband, the officer and I. Today, 1/2/23, I went in around 11am to get some assistance. Apparently the manager was not in due to a "meeting". Interesting, again, right? This place is an absolute joke, has no idea how to handle difficult situations and none of the staff have a friendly or empathetic bone in their body. Although it is only $20, it's the principle of the fact that essentially we had paid for a product/service and did not receive it, that we basically had our money taken from us. After living in the area for 10 years and always fueling up here, we will not be coming back ever again. Do yourselves a favor and head down to the nice, new, clean Chevron off of Arena. read more

Went here last night around 9:30PM. There were two workers (in uniform) sitting near the front door listening to music and smoking. I walked up to go inside and one goes "She's on break and I'm off we can't help you" and the doors were locked. I wish I could just close up shop at my work and tell people I can't help them... Very disrespectful. I'm an Amazon delievery driver and when I got done filling the lockers there. I asked if i could use there restroom the cashier said ya someone is in there though. I waited and waited and to my surprise no one came out. They could of atleast told me there restroom was closed but dang people come on us delievery people are trying to do our jobs but also have to use the restroom while we are out and u do this to us. Love that I can get gas and a decent carwash in one place! I can use my Safeway rewards here which is a nice bonus. The car wash is really cheap. I got the most expensive one which was only 10 bucks. When I got in line after paying at the pump the 2 cars ahead of me were having issues with the screen where you pay/put in your code. Ended up waiting in line for a while because of this but an attendant came out and fixed the screen. The wash itself lasts much longer than expected. I would have preferred a carwash with brushes though because I had some stuff stuck on my car that I wanted gone. Guess I'll just keep that in mind for next time. If you just want a good clean for dirt/dust this is the place to go. Side note: the convenience store is large and the attendants are friendly. After one too many shots of patron they were even kind enough to let me and my friends in to use the bathroom after the place was locked up for the night! Now that's great service! read more

As a driver who prefers to gas up their vehicle with ease, this particular Chevron located on Del Paso Blvd in North Natomas is conveniently located which allows an individual to pull in and out of their parking lot. The placement of a traffic light by the City of Sacramento near the entrance of the gas station is a much needed convenience which assist in the flow of traffic. I spent $8 on a car wash AND IT LITERALLY STILL HAD DIRT ON IT. This wash only used water, no sort of brushes are used in their machine. Basically some hard rainfall could clean your car better. Asked them for a refund, they gave me another car wash and IT STILL WAS COVERED IN DIRT. If you ran your fingers over the car you could feel and see dirt. Employees couldn't figure out how to give a refund. What was supposed to be a quick wash ended up being a 45 minute ordeal. read more

BASICALLY... The four stars is for the brushless car wash. Ok... Honestly, this is how it is... I'm short, I can't lie. So subconsciously I have compensated for this by getting an Xterra SUV, its also because I spend years of driving a tiny hatchback Honda Civic. With that said, I have a difficult time washing the thing, so... I pay $9 for "The Works" and it leaves my car bright and shiny, $9 for a 10 minute wash versus me on a step ladder for 1-2 hours? I'll pay the $9 and spend the 10 minutes. Other than that: This is one of the cheaper Chevrons in my local area. I believe the next in price is the one off Richards. This place is 24 hours, has a huge convenience store, clean, and has a whole lot of pumps that the wait is never really long. read more

I spent a few Pennie's shy of $70 and was offered a free car wash. Yeah no, I just won't be going back here. The gas here is more expensive than the Safeway down the road but this review is purely for its carwash. Yes, carwash, it's a review-able thing. Oh man its super powerful. It managed to wash away some scratch marks on my bumper that turned out to be paint from another car. Normally those kinds of scratches take a while to chip away the paint by hand, but why waste that time and effort when this fabulous car wash can take it off in a few mins for a mere $7? Bad attitude from cashier. I just stopped by to drop off an Amazon return at the Amazon locker inside the store. I was almost at the locker when the cashier started screaming at me to leave because she can only have eight people at a time in the store. In the time it took me to realize she was talking to me, then understand what she was saying, I could have completed my transaction at the locker several times over. When I realized she was telling me to wait outside, I told her all I need to do is quickly drop off this package. She still made me wait outside in the current Sacramento heat wave. There are no signs posted outside saying they're limiting the number of customers, just lots of signs saying a mask is required for entry, which I was. Also, I only saw six people in the store at that time. If this is actually your policy, you should have signs posted. Go here! The gas pumps work and you can pay with a credit card!! (unlike the one on Natomas Crossing-Truxel...see my review). This gas station gets quite a bit of business, but who can blame them. The spotless car wash is okay. Sometimes it's out of service, which is a bummer. That just means I have to wash my own car. Prices are a bit steeper than their competitors (i.e. Safeway across the street), but I found my car to actually stay fuller longer with Chevron gas. While some may think otherwise (like my husband who loves Safeway gas), it probably just depends on the type of car you have. read more

The pumps almost always dont accept credit or debit so you have to go inside to pay. There is always st least 1 or 2 pumps closed for service. The staff is non apologetic and has otherwise horrible customer service. They've lost my business and unless they change you should look at alternatives. read more

Highly disappointed. I called to see if they had jumper cables on the shelf before I took a chance and drove over and the guy that answered the phone said no immediately without even checking. I had a gut feeling to drive up there to check for myself. There were 2 sets of jumper cables on the shelf.
