This gas station is my closest to my home. It's price above average. The prices as always fluctuate. This last fill it cost me $90 for 17gal. And as often as I come here and I out our reward #--i never see the gas rewards. That's what needs improvement for members. They do have a store and there is one attendant and usually friendly. They have snack and drink essential but it's a smaller store than others. They do offer car wash as well. read more

Paid $14 for a car wash. The pressure must not been working correctly because my car was still dirty and there was a soap residue all over the car. Went inside to see if I could get a refund. I was told that the car wash has no guarantee meaning that whether it cleans the car or not, there is nothing they can do about it. Mind you, I have been going there for years for car washes and obviously something was not working properly today because this has never happened before. Tried to explain this and asked the worker to look at the car and judge for himself. Called the Raley's customer service number and they said they couldn't help me either. 9/12/19: 1/3 of the pumps are broken. They put plastic yellow "out of order" baggies on the handle. But you have to drive close enough to see it. Come on Raleys...invest in cone stands to place next to the broken pumps. Better yet fix the pumps. Also since the lanes are extremely narrow, there is no space for cars to wait for a pump. But they do anyway. It gets bunched up. 6 months ago, half the pumps were broken for quite awhile also. Besides the pumps, the car wash seems to be down quite often as well. The lady who works here inside as the cashier is so rude. I came inside because I accidentally dropped my debit card in the trash, I asked if someone could help me pull it out so I could grab it. She states "we have just as much access to the trash as you" first of all no I don't. I couldn't pull the trash bag out or anything like that. If you avoid the rush hours it's your typical gas station. Non-directional lanes and awkward position lends to a lot of driver frustration. They also have a little convenience store that contributes to more driver frustration as it's not in the islands. Try to avoid the crowd and it's a decent and clean station. read more

Getting in and out is a cluster... beep... it's so hard to get in and out! There is very limited space to Maneuver. I only go here if I absolutely need ga and I don't have enough gas to get to another gas station. There is so much traffic... it's very rare when I drive by to see it not busy, which is good for business... I just surprised to see how busy it is. I guess people are a lot more patient than I am...so if you have the patience and don't mind pay a few cents extra... Like I said... it's not bad of a place... it's just a lot to handle. read more

BEWARE: they got new card readers in on their pumps less than two weeks ago. I get gas here regularly and the first time I used the card reader it wouldn't take my card after trying two times. After an hour of getting gas today I see TWO charges for the gas station. One for the amount of my full tank the other was for $75 that I did not make. Called my bank and they told me that the transaction was made 4 mins apart from each other. Meaning the $75 charge was made after I left. Tried calling the corporate number of the gas station owners about their card readers and the line doesn't take you anywhere. Not sure if it was a card reader or not but before I finished pumping gas a random old Asian last stood right next to my car by the trash and I thought it was so odd that she was standing at the randomest spot. Wow this place. I want to start that I believe in not leaving bad reviews. In fact I don't like it because I feel the world has so much negativity already. This place makes me sad. They have a few amazing people that work there but a few that are so rude it makes me so upset. They have taken my money (which gets refunded with 2-5 business days) 3 times now. Their pumps are broken and yet it's the customers fault. I decided to pay at the pump tonight which I never do and I just got tricked into paying $12 for a car wash I don't want or need. When I went to get my money refunded for MY mistake the women told me it's not her problem and that it was my mistake. If I wanted a refund come back and see if a manager will help me. I completely understand that this was my mistake but the fact that she was so rude and even took jabs as I was on my way out upsets me. I hate that this is the gas station by my house. I'm not expecting this review to be seen but I needed to leave my first review ever because this place has made me feel horrible a few times now. I will gladly pay the $12 to remind myself to never go back to this gas station. read more

The gas is super reasonably priced. I come here often for gas, the car wash is terrible. This is the third time in a row I did the ultimate $10 wash and my windhsied is still filthy. I get it's not a hand wash but the dirt should at least come off from the rain. This is probably the time I buy a car wash here because it's a waste of money. read more

Car wash always leaves your car dirty. I stopped getting mine washed there because of this. I still go there to get gas, and when I do, I notice other cars coming out of the wash still dirty. I've also heard other customers complaining about the wash and getting refunded. Not sure why they keep washing peoples cars if this is happening. Maybe get it fixed? read more

One of the cheapest gas station around the area. Next to Bel Air, Starbucks etc, pretty convenient. There's also car wash, air and water pump available. Occasionally some of the pumps won't be working. It'll be nice if they take Apple Pay or electronic wallet payments. read more

If you must go here to save the few nickels you earned buying groceries, do it very early or late at night. Any other time it's the biggest CF of a gas station outside of Costco I've ever seen. Cheap gas with discount receipts from the area Raleys and Bel Air supermarkets. I recall getting the ultimate car wash here for only $5, fine by me! Unlike Safeway gas station there isn't a "one-way entry" into the pumps. As a petite little lady I also appreciate the lower keypad for "plastic" transactions. read more

I like coming here mainly for the gas discount I get after spending loads of money at Raley's or Bel Air. Without that discount, their gas prices aren't so great. It helps that it's convenient to my work commute as well. They also have a pretty decent touch-free car wash. It isn't the most effective, but it does a good enough job for the price and anything beats those nasty roller brushes at the Shell station closer to my house. I also like that the food prices inside reflect the Bel Air prices with sale items included. You don't usually see any deals on snacks at a gas station, so that's a plus. The clerks who work in there are usually pretty cool as well. read more

I liked this gas station a lot although it is often a but crowded & hard to navigate. They consistently have better gas prices than most stations & offered a discount with your Bel Air receipt. However their scanners for this coupon often were out of order & you'd have to try different pumps to find a working one. For a couple of months now NONE of the pumps have a working scanner! This is ridiculous since it is advertised at both Bel Air & the station that they take it. I've been able to make it work once by going inside to pay but I hate guessing how much gas I'll need & going in to pay just to use my coupon. The scanners should be up to date. read more

We come here occasionally to use our gas rewards from shopping at Raley's. The price is right and we get in and out pretty quickly.

I've gone in twice now right after 10pm and it states that they are open inside until 11:00pm yet her I am at 10:15 standing in front of a locked door while 2 accoicates ignore me. This place is on the way home from work but I'll go out of my way to go somewhere else now. I love this gas station! It's right on the corner of Arena and Duckhorn. Where else can you get your very own window washing station at every pump complete with plastic gloves so you don't have to actually touch the gas pump or the window washing tool! And everytime I've been here, it's always well stocked with soapy water and paper towels! The plastic gloves are kind of new, but me likee. Also, their ULTIMATE car wash is only $5.00!!!! That includes the rainbow wax, clear coat stuff, and spotless shine stuff too. The only bad thing is there is often a long line for the car wash, so go very early in the morning, or later in the evening. But the best time to go is when there is rain in the weather forecast. read more

The place is always so clean and tidy I at least see someone keeping the place up for the next customer to enjoy. Bel Air Aisle 1 is the place to go for your touchless car wash! Unfortunately, even the post expensive car wash is not enough to wash off light dirt. It still gets most of the normal dirt and grime, but I wish they increase the water pressure and amount of soup used like before. I guess $7 isn't bad for a touchless car wash though. read more

I went to the aisle 1 on 7-18 -2019, on Arena Boulevard and Duckhorn in Sacramento CA. I went through a feces ridden car wash. The pipes were either broken or they were having a plumbing problem. The water was brown and gray along with sudsy Brown and gray the walls riddled with feces and I have pictures. I was impressed by this gas station. I didn't come at peak hours, but I felt it had plenty of room between pumps to maneuver your car. The store is nice and clean. Wonderful service attendant. He made everyone walking in the door feel welcome even though it was freezing with the door opening and closing on a cold winter day. You can put in your Bel Air ID but no credit towards points for gas. No special card membership needed to get gas here. Plus, they absorb all ATM fees. read more

Yesterday July 14 which was Sunday at night I went to pump gas for the amount of 13.00. This morning around 8am I received a email alert from my bank stating that i had a insufficient amount and sure enough Bel Air Gas Station Aisle1 withdrawn 75.00 out of my account when i only pumped 13.00 dollars in my car. I went to the gas station to talk to someone in charge i also brought proof to show as well but the employee was very rude and did not want to acknowledge i was in front of him and it felt like he wanted to ignore me even though i was trying to explain my actions on this issue. He said to give it 24hrs to clear and the amount that was taken will go back in my account which was false because my bank stated that the amount that was taken was posted but the employee of the gas station told me it was pending which it was not. This employee seem not to care about good customers who bring them business when buying gas or any other items as well,the rather just steal money from us customers i tell you all one thing i will never shop or go there for gas again and I am going to make a disputing case for my 75.00 that they took from me. I don't drive a big car like a hummer truck or any other gas guzzling vehicle which i drive a 2014 Kia soul which does not even go pass 35.00. Other than that they just lost a loyal customer that used to bring them business. Goodluck to you all if you are getting gas or other items there.
