The supervisor was initially rude and seems her attitude spread to others, ONe said she was a pharmacist but I have never had a pharmcist talk to me in a coarse and rude manner. I am giving up and sorry I gave them a chance as they do not deserve my business. My foot is swollen and red and four days past day it was ordered. I am retired RN and have never had such indifferent and rude treatment by a pharmacy.

I find it has good prices on (high quality) Chevron gas, it's neat and tidy inside and out, the workers inside are always polite and on-the-ball, and it's convenient. I've never had an issue with the card readers on the pumps (they have both insert and chip readers on all of them) and I can't recall ever having seen a pump out of order here. Again, I'm not a frequent visitor to this side of town, but this is probably the business I visit most when I'm here - to me, it's always been just great!

I went in to purchase a pizza and noticed that the pizza box was unsealed. While at the register, I briefly opened the box to check if the pizza was okay, given it was not sealed. Immediately, the cashier--a young woman with glasses--began yelling at me, saying I wasn't allowed to open the box. I explained that I was just checking the pizza's condition since the box was unsealed, but she continued to raise her voice. I asked to speak with a manager due to her aggressive behavior, and ultimately decided not to purchase the pizza. She claimed there was no manager on site. I then approached the person preparing the pizzas and asked if they could get a manager for me. At that point, the cashier called someone she referred to as the manager. Unfortunately, the situation escalated further. The person on the phone refused to provide her name and started shouting profanities at me, telling me to "get out of her f***ing store." At that moment, I was trying to confirm that I had not been charged for the pizza. The entire encounter was extremely unprofessional, hostile, and shocking. I dedicate countless hours volunteering to improve our community and make it a better place for everyone. That's why it's especially disheartening to be treated this way as a customer. I can't imagine I'm the only one who has had this kind of experience, and I hope you take this as an opportunity to reflect on how customers--especially those who care deeply about their communities--are treated. I will not be returning. This was some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

I checked in using the QR code, waited 20 minutes in the waiting area in front of the pharmacy counter (This is what I was directed to do), and then went to the counter to ask when I might get my vaccines. The pharmacists had no idea that I had checked in, and they told me to wait again. After ten more minutes, I left (the pharmacists were unavailable) without my vaccines. On a positive note, the people who work the register at the front are always kind and helpful.

Sometimes the carbonation is out and the workers have to put in a work order in order to do something about it. They are not technicians, or allowed to try and fix the machine. They also cannot just switch a bib completely bc of the flavor of the soda. The workers are also not responsible for technical issues that occur with the pump, and they are not allowed to short the register bc of negligence. This costs them their jobs. The self checkouts are not that complicated, you put your items on the board, and you read the tablet to double check your items. Items that aren't read right, you scan. I have seen ppl fuel up, push 1 and try to push 1 again for pump 11. The option for pump 11 is on screen. That will just set your gas to pump 1. There are children who navigate the sec checkout fine. What really astounds me is how calm the staff is considering how often they deal with rude customers. Consider the location is a franchise and they have to follow a set of rules that cannot be overrun without a manager level or higher.

The staff is friendly. I am not sure why they always have there doors open on their garbage area. It is hard to see around it for oncoming traffic going to Walgreens in same parking lot. The bathrooms definitely need to be better maintained and cleaned through out the day. Overall I have had nothing but great interactions with the staff.
