Ivan helped me to decide which service was the best value for me. He is extremely detail oriented... slow and thorough. My new-to-me 16 year old car looks like it was cleaned with a toothbrush and a box of Q-tips. Great job. Highly recommend. Thank you Ivan read more

Horrible customer service. Booked my first service online. They didn't show up or call... all I had was the confirmation email. I called, left a voicemail and they got back to me several days later read more

I cannot say enough about the quality of the work on my daughters car. It was honestly filthy and the technician, Richard, did an exceptional job cleaning this car. The only reason I gave a four star instead of five was the delay in arrival. Other than that, the work was exceptional. The company was responsive and attentive throughout. Highly recommended! read more

OMG!!! I just got my 2020 Nissan Altima detailed. Looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor! And honestly, it was a mess! I was embarrassed. Ivan and another man took their time and went over every nook and cranny for 2 1/2 hours. They were even nice enough to detail my 90 year old mother's wheelchair! Need I say more? And the price is right. read more

Highly recommend this business! Does great detailing and will come to you wherever you are!

Crispy Clean was a mobile detailing dream! I originally bought a Groupon for another business in the city, and had a bad experience, so was on the mission to finding a reasonable auto detail job I wouldn't have to drive to. I messaged 8 different businesses through yelp, and Crispy Clean was the most prompt and reasonably priced. They were able to give a fair quote with no questions asked. They even accommodated my appointment twice with no problem. They arrived early, were extremely professional, and took their time. My car has had years of neglect as far as maintaining the interior and exterior. Their work was definitely cut out for them, both car and the climate being 100 degrees that day, and I couldn't be more satisfied! I will recommend to my family, friends, and you reading this if you are considering them. I hope to maintain my clean car with them at least once a year! read more

I've use crispy clean Mobile car wash a handful of times I cannot say enough about Ivan (The owner). He's always been friendly, professional, polite and left my vehicle immaculate and sparkly clean! Please support this entrepreneur during COVID-19! He started his business from the bottom up! PS he's a dog lover, can't go wrong there! read more

Ivan is a LIFESAVER! Wow, excellent work & a really nice guy. We are so excited to have found Crispy Clean & will not even consider another service whose prices are 2-3x's more expensive. My husband used to manage a car detailing shop while in college & said there was nothing he could find to improve & if there was he'd find it! The ease of making an appointment on the website & customizing exactly what you want makes it a cut above his "competition", I hate calling for quotes. Thanks again Ivan! read more

I made an onliNe appointment a couple days before requeSted date. I received a confirmation e-mail for the requested time. On the day of the appointment, they never showed. They simply just ignored the appointment and never returned phone call or text. Perhaps something happened to prevent it but a phone call would have been the considerate thing to do. read more

Ivan and his team are spot on. I have sent several vehicles for service and each one exceeded my expectations! Thank you! Michael C Professional Chauffeur read more

Crispy Clean is phenomenal! I have a 10 year old car and Ivan never fails to make it look brand spankin' new. The best part is that Ivan comes to your home or office and washes it right there. It saves so much time and hassle. You'd think that this quality of service and convenience would be expensive, but it's not! I've never seen such quality for such an affordable price. To top it off, Ivan always shows up on time, has an amazing attitude, and is super friendly. No one else will ever touch my car again. Crispy Clean is simply THE BEST!!! read more

I'd like to be able to reiew their service but they would have to show up first for me to be able to do that. They asked to reschedule the original appointment because it was supposed to rain. No problem. I get it. At least they did it the morning of the appointment. The rescheduled appointment never happened either. This time they waited until 20 mins before it was supposed to happen. Again, blaming weather causing them to get behind on their appointments and they wanted to schedule it for the following day that is forecasted to have rain and potentially snow. I normally wouldn't bother writing any kind of review but their lack of planning caused me to waste a day off so I could make the appointment but they couldn't bother to give any kind of heads up they were running behind. I do not recommend their services unless you like wasting your time only to have them not show up. If less than 1 star was an option I would've given it. read more

Would have loved to give a great review for great work, but that will not be happening as they cancelled my appointment that was scheduled and paid for approximately 2 weeks ago, one hour before they were to arrive. I wouldn't be upset normally, and would have been more than happy to reschedule, if they requested a reschedule prior to the day/time of my appointment. They had more than enough time and said nothing. So disappointing. read more

The convenience of this service is awesome. They are always on time, but be sure to schedule enough time into your schedule because they do a very thorough job. The owner Ivan is very professional and I have personally recommended this company to my co-workers and friends. read more

Based on the accolades here I contacted Ivan to come detail my minivan. I scheduled late in the afternoon without remembering that daylight is short this time of year. Ivan was working hard but it was dark by the time I had to leave. He still wanted to be sure to do a good job, so even though I paid him in full, he asked to return soon on a day when he can finish the job. Seeing how he missed a few spots previous because it was so dark he apologized and went to work right away to finish what he started. Such a nice guy who wanted me to get my money's worth! Courteous and professional! Just be sure to schedule your appointment early enough in the day so he has plenty of time in daylight to do a great job for you. I would recommend Ivan to everyone. read more

Had them come out yesterday to wash and detail the interior which was nasty with dog hair and general neglect. Ivan was prompt in replying and scheduling a visit to the house. He is an extremely nice man--very personable and professional and his work was GREAT. Incredibly thorough and efficient and his prices were extremely fair. The car looks like I just drove it off the showroom floor. I will definitely call on him again because he does it right and makes it easy. You can't go wrong with Ivan. read more

Since I had three people coming to my house, it was soooo convenient to have Ivan come and wash my car here in the East Mountains. Saved me a trip into town, gave me more time to get things done here. He did a super job, outside and in, on my Subaru. Prompt, efficient, pleasant--best way to get a thorough cleaning done on my car, which hadn't been done all winter. I'm a happy client. read more

I'm pleased with the convenience of this service, the work was fine, and the price was fair. Thanks Ivan!

I live in an area where there is no place to wash my car and it is one year old. I tried to wash it a few times in the drive-through carwashes and it developed a nasty film on it from the wax part of the car wash. Ivan and his associate showed up at my house on time with everything they needed and within an hour my car was spotless inside and out. I got the interior/exterior detail job and hand wax. They were able to get all of the film off, get the windows squeaky clean and get rid of every trace of the long hair I shed all the time. They also removed every trace of dust from every surface. read more

My husband tried to surprise me with a clean car for my birthday. Based on good reviews, he choose Crispy Clean. He booked online and paid in advance. They never showed up or contacted us. We called multiple times leaving messages and tried to contact them through their website. It is extremely unprofessional to miss an appointment and even more so to never respond to customers (especially when they paid in advance). The only positive from this experience is that they gave us a refund for the money we paid in advance. I am not sure if this business is a scam or if they even clean cars but I would would NOT recommend this service. Go somewhere more professional, it will save you a lot of time and energy and your car will actually be cleaned. read more

I gave this outfit an opportunity to redeem themselves. There is no question in my mind that most customers probably have a positive experience. I asked them to clean my truck after a long road trip. Overall, the truck was very clean after their work was done. However, there were two major issues. 1) I paid extra for water spot removal. Frankly, there wasn't a big difference between before and after. I understand that water spots may be difficult to remove. They could have done a better job of setting expectations on the outcome of the treatment. The technician acknowledged that there were still water spots and said I would probably have to pay for another treatment. 2) The larger issue was the fact that there was a new dent on the hood. I pointed it out and the technician merely shrugged it off. I thought I would receive some acknowledgment or response when bringing it to the attention of management. They have not responded to my email or phone call. I tried working with them and got zero response. I'm not trying to trash the company and wish nothing but success for outfits like this. However I believe good customer service is required to help companies improve and thrive. From my perspective they were content to make a quick buck and not establish a good, long-standing customer relationship with repeat business. read more
