Terrible experience here today!! nothing worked. No foam in foam brush, it just spread the dirt around. I tried to get a cloth from the vending machine... it stole my money. The vacuum I went to also stole my money and did not work. The attendant was awful and not helpful, angry, and annoyed. Absolutely awful customer service!! I'll NEVER go back. I've tried this automatic wash, the five dollar version twice now and I have come to the conclusion that it is no value. Terrible job all around and a waste of time. The machine obviously isn't maintained properly and seems inoperative... Don't think twice before coming here please think 10 times! I cannot say anything positive about this poorly run business, what a shame. There are many other options available in the area so I will never patronize this unacceptable business again. read more

Avoid: Petty Business owner I never give reviews, Was trying to vacuum my car after dropping off my relative for oral surgery, i had a moment between drop off and pick up, was glad to see a car wash near by pulled in to a empty splash n dash and realized unfortunately it was cash only and the vacuum only took quarter (which isn't unusual, but I was hoping it was the kind that accepted card). As I look for spare change I notice elderly man scoping me out to see what I'm doing obviously the owner.. that's fine, stay vigilant to make sure nothing shady is happening in your establishment. I can respect that.... I unfortunately was short on change and only had .75 in quarters and the rest were in dimes and nickels... I gathered some receipts and paper towels ( I have a toddler) and threw them in the trash near by and contemplated going across the street to Walgreens to go get some change so I could clean properly. This was not to happen because upon attempting to exit to and get the proper change.... owner mouths something to me next to my passenger window and I though it was something innocent or friendly (because he's smiling)... Little did I know the whole time he was watching me he was apparently fuming that I had thrown anything in his empty trash can where the vacuums were located. "Thanks, for throwing all your trash away in our trash cans, those trash cans are for paying customers, thanks I'll go pick that up for you" As through I had disrespected his car wash and thrown trash everywhere for him to pick up after me-- it was in the can, not A ridiculous amount of trash and I had the intention to come back within minutes. read more

Today March 3 2022 was my first time using Splash and Dash. It exceeded my expectations. For $4.75 I was able to get a clean car and I used ever wash, rinse, wax option available. The foam brushes were awesome. Lots of suds and I finished it off with the no spot rinse. Change machines are available for up to a $10 bill. There's also one bay with brushes that is a drive thru type wash. I did not try vacuums as not needed today. Covered spaces to dry off vehicles are available and they have wringers for squeezing out your dry cloths. I'll return for sure. read more

GREAT place to wash your car and get your emissions done. The place is very clean and they appreciate your business. The sprayer and vacuum there does a tremendous job and a good value for your money. I just moved to town and took both of our cars there. They did what was needed in record time. It's nice to deal with a local business that is friendly and made me feel like they have known me for years. There were several car washing business's closer to my house, but going to Splash N Dash was worth the trip. I try to use a local business versus a chain as I have found independents truly appreciate my business. That's the case with Splash N Dash. I will continue to use them in the future! read more

I went to this car wash because it was close to where I was staying and the Yelp ratings were high. Once again, the five star Yelp ratings were on the money. I had parked under a tree at my daughters and had brown spots on my new Dodge Charger. I thought they were from sap so I decided to go get the car washed. When I arrived, a young man greeted me and sat down his lunch to come out and get me into the car wash. He scrubbed and scrubbed for about 10 minutes and then told me, "Sir, I can't get those spots off and I'm getting tired". I told him not to worry about it and gave him a tip for trying. He was very appreciative. The was did a great job. For those of you that are curious, the brown spots were not sap. I researched it on Google and found that it's called rail dust. Apparently, when the railroad cars go down the track, they make a fine dust of iron. If you are driving by and the wind is blowing toward you from the tracks, it gets on your car. The brown spots are iron dust that is rusting. I was running Hwy 287 from Dallas to Amarillo and the tracks were on the east side of 287. The wind was blowing west and it was light raining so I picked up some of the dust. Just so you know, if this happens to you, you are in for some work. I bought a kit for $22 that Meguiars sells that contains two small blocks of a special clay and a detail spray and worked for about 8 hours getting it off. Then I re-waxed the car and all is fine. Anyway, back to the car wash...it was worth the money and did a great job. However, it can't get rid of rail dust. read more

This place works with mechanics to pass cars that shouldn't be on the road. My car came back to me with the engine light on and a 2 year emissions pass. This is ridiculous, yes I wanted to get my car registered. But I'm not trying to ruin the environment while I'm at it. The mechanic looking at it now said "there is no way this car passed emmisios. Great car wash and emissions testing in the eastdale area. Emissions test is only $13.00 and the wash bays work very well,clean dry and vacuum area. The kid working the emissions check is very nice.
