Nothing like a pricing structure that tells you the best upfront without having to soak in the menu of different washing. Compared to Mister car wash these guys are so much better not only from value but to quality as well. These guys take their time and do a quality job. The one pet peeve I have is rushed service with bad quality. That was what turned me away from mister car wash about a year and a half ago. Rain Tunnel is definitely a site for soar eyes. They vacuumed my vehicle and dried her up and got her looking good! I got "the best" wash which is their best wash. It's full service where they will vacuum, wipe down your dash, dry up your vehicle, and shine your tires. At $25 it's the best deal in town! I spent the Summer using my all-wheel-drive car on the beach. But that means all Spring sand was blowing in my face off-and-on no matter how many times I tried to clean my own vehicle. I finally decided that I was going to get it cleaned by a professional. They have a service, interior super clean, that focuses on vents, dust, sand, etc. It cost $48 but I needed it. The waiting area was nice. There are seats, a little convenient-store-like setup so I could buy snacks or air fresheners. No one inside greeted me but the guys outside were nice. At the end one even told me they have a shuttle service for detailing so that I don't wait in the future (I wish someone inside had said something like that). When I was shown my car there were some spots that still had sand remanence. Obvious spots. They cleaned that on the spot. I was happy! I thought they got all the sand out. However, three days later I hit a bump in the road and sand shot out of my vents. They said they used a shop-vacuum to get all the sand out, but it doesn't seem they went all the way. My car looked good for a few days. I went a few days without sand. The price was a little high. I wish I had been told I didn't have to sit and wait 45 minutes before hand, but they did the job. read more

I've had towels left on the passenger side floor, the hood of the car and one worker closed the cup holders so I couldn't see that they neglected to wipe the inside of those down. Now it's about how fast they can get the cars out ,regardless of quality. $27 car wash can't even get a decent vacuuming and if you say something they remind you quickly that it's not detailing. I went to this car wash because of the reviews... I paid $100 for a so called detail on my car. I was told my carpets and upholstery would be steam cleaned and my interior would be wiped down and protected. I went to watch the so called steam cleaning, all I saw was a guy with a spray bottle spraying my upholstery with something pink inside, never saw a steam cleaner! when I go my car, my cup holders and arm rests were full of dirt and liquid, I showed this to them..... they did try to clean it up... that's when the used the compressor to blow out the crevices ... lots of dirt came from under the seats and they vacuumed it up. I did try to speak to the " manager" (I noticed 2 chips on my hatch)... he looked up from his cell phone and said not responsible and went back to looking at his cell phone! They cleaned the inside of the car... which they didn't...there were five guys including the manager just chilling around my car laughing and having fun, while one person spent 2 minutes cleaning the inside, while most of his attention was on the five guys. The trunk are was covered in dirt and they tried to tell they were scratches but yet when he wiped them they came off. Great place to wash your car! The most affordable exterior wash is $8 which is a basic exterior wash and it includes access to vacuum cleaners. For a person that likes to take their time vacuuming every crevice, this is a perfect place. The vacuums don't have time limits! The staff was very friendly and it made the overall experience very pleasant. I am definitely taking my car to this car spa again! The staff are very friendly and helpful and make sure you always leave satisfied with the way your car looks. The location is very convenient to where I live and the prices are very reasonable. What is happening to customer service? I used to recommend this place above Mr Carwash but now it seems their standards have dropped and they're no better. Was told a 45 min wait. After more than an hour (20 mins of which my car was parked in the "detail" parking space) I went in to ask for an estimate. They told me "oh yeah it's done". When I asked why no one had told me, I got a shrug and "we're busy". I went to the car and noticed that my leather seats had not been cleaned, a service I had paid extra for. A guy had to come over and do that part, again with no apology. Additionally even though there's a big sign posted saying "no mask no service no exceptions", the cashier was maskless the entire time I was there. This is the first time I tried the Rain Tunnel, I normally go to Misters. I paid $25 for the "Best" package which included outside protectant on all the plastic. When I picked up the truck, there were several spots that were missing the outside protectant. Additionally while driving home, I noticed there were several locations that still had dust on the dash and the console didn't look like they even wiped it down. On the positive side, they did a good job drying the truck and also did a good job vacuuming. I expected a better job in the wipedown with protectant inside and out. read more

I purchased the monthly pass from this car wash because it's close to my house. I had gone 3 times that first month and on the 4th time while my car was in the wash a part was ripped off of my car. Now this is a new luxury suv, and the part was a factory part not aftermarket. I called the manager over and he said he couldn't do anything because there was a disclaimer sign near the entrance. * STAY AWAY - I DO NOT RECOMMEND * The service has drastically gone down over the past year. During my last and final visit, my car was washed and I sat outside in the sun for almost an hour waiting for them to dry my vehicle. By time it was my turn to have my car dried, I already had water spots all over my vehicle. They then sprayed all the interior windows to clean them, but did not wipe the spray. So I ended up having spray marks all over the inside of my windows and spray marks all over the clothe roof of my car. When I drove off they also left their towels on the roof of my vehicle. I decided to pull over and ask for a refund because the service was so horrible and my car was not cleaned. The cashier told me that I had to go outside and flag down a manager (rather than calling for one). So I went out to talk to one and he got very upset, stating they do not offer refunds. He made the excuse that they are doing the best they can with the 5 people they have working. While I get your are "doing your best", I still paid almost $30 for a car wash and did not receive the service I paid for, that is not my fault that you are not staffed appropriately. I asked if I could get another car wash and I could come back another time when they are less busy. At this point, the second manager on shift came over after overhearing the conversation and got in my face telling me that they will not give me a refund, they will only offer to re-wash my car right then. I explained I had been there an hour already and could not wait another hour, asking again if I could get a certificate for another car wash at a later time. They refused and said, no refund and if I did not have it washed then, I would not get another wash period. The manager then walked to the car wash kiosk and started whistling at me like I was an animal to go get a re-wash. I decided I did not want to wait another hour and I did not want to do business with this company any longer. The management at this location needs some serious training in customer service. I asked to speak to a district manager, the cashier took my name and number, but I never received a call back (it has been a week since this request was made). I would STAY AWAY unless you like wasting your money and having water spots all over your vehicle. I had the "complete detail" done on a Saturday morning. I got in rather quickly and had to leave my car there as the wait would be a couple of hours- which I expected since it was getting waxed, interior shampooed and leather treated. I went to breakfast with a friend and came back and they were just about done. I watched them work on it and they were so attentive to details and making sure the car looked great, which it did. I'm very happy with the result and although it was a little pricey, it was in line with other places I looked into. One thing is the interior front windshield and a few windows had some oil substance splattered on them which I figured was from when they polished the dash. It was no big deal and came off easily when I got home. That is the only "issue" but nobody is perfect and it was not a problem to clean. I'd been there once before and everything was fine. Today I wanted to purchase the monthly exterior wash package and just pay the extra for vacuuming which I don't need all the time. They guy taking my information was talking to someone on the other end about the vacuuming with a walkie talkie and I could hear the guy on the other end pitching a fit and saying, "Tell HER that if SHE wants vacuuming, she's going to have to pay for it!" I was disappointed with the final product. The Rain Tunnel Car Spa on Sevilla is relatively new. It is close to my home so I thought I would try it. I bought the full service detail, almost $200. They have a shuttle service which it great. I left my car for about three hours. The manager picked me up when my car was finished. I gave him a generous tip. That was a mistake. There was still residue on one finder. When I pointed that out they quickly cleaned it. I also noticed dirt on the driver's side upholstery. That was quickly cleaned. They don't use enough water & the people are RUDE!! I've tried to like these guys. I work at UNMH and it's a convenient location. I went through 3 times and each time I could see my vehicle coming through the dryers with soap still on the front grill and back end. The workers just wipe it off with their drying towels, because that's what you want!! Soap residue smeared all over your car/truck!! The last, and I mean THE LAST time I went through was after work, about 10-15 mins before they closed. The person at the front with the vacuums, gave me a huge eye roll and made a snarky comment about coming in last minute, that she thought I couldn't hear. Are you open or not!?! Just got my car washed, and I'm never going anywhere else! They do a fantastic job, the full-service price is pretty inexpensive, and it was fast. When I pulled up to select my service and pay I discovered my arms weren't quite long enough, and before I could figure how best to handle the situation a very nice young man (employee) came up to help.
