We had already paid for everything two days prior. Stanley, the general manager, told us he would call us back the next day, but we never heard from him. When we came in today, Brian told us again it would be 30-45 minutes. The car wasn't even started for about an hour and a half, and then we were told there was an issue getting a part off that wasn't mentioned until much later. They ended up having to take the car across the street to finish the job. When we brought up how far off the time estimate was, we were told by Brian that "I don't get compensation for doing the job in this heat, so you can take that up with Stanley" and handed the keys and showed us the door. Overall, the communication and timing were way off, and the way it was handled felt unprofessional and frustrating. I would not be returning to this location due to the lack of respect, honesty about timing, and the rude attitude from employees when we asked simple questions about what was going on.

We immediately noticed their hours of operation and were happy to see they were open both Saturday and Sunday. We spoke with Nate who was helpful and friendly. He explained that one of our vehicles would need the safety inspection only (since it is less than three years old), and the other would need both safety and emission inspections. The cost seemed very reasonable, $13.60 for the safety inspection and $30.00 for the safety and emissions. Since it was already late afternoon, we made appointments for early Sunday afternoon. We dropped one vehicle off while we ran errands and they gave us a call and we came by and swapped vehicles. The entire experience was great and we will absolutely go back in the future. We will also inquire on tires for comparison when we are in the market for new ones.

I brought in and they looked it all iver and I had 4 low tires and a nail in one of them. They filled all my tires up to what they needed to be. I asked how much I owed them they said nothing and were happy to make sure my teenager was driving safely to and from school. As of 4:50 they still have two tires to go & did not get the alignment done. Was told that his guys were going to have to work overtime because you have bigger tires. Other customers still waiting while several employees just standing around talking in the bay area. Sounds like they need to rethink the people they have working there because it shouldn't take 2+ hours & still not get all the services you paid for completed. We have always been faithful Firestone customers & thought we would give someone new a try since we kept seeing all their commercials on TV, well needless to say we now have to go to Firestone to get the alignment.
