The gasoline is good quality, usually priced very competitively, and the bathrooms are clean. Super important during a family road trip - right? The food they offer is actually pretty good (the warm food especially.) I love their breakfast burritos - full disclosure. The staff at this location was really helpful in some special purchase circumstances (I wanted to buy some students some gas gift cards to help them out.) I know where I live in Phoenix, trying to buy a gasoline store gift-card at some of the local stations here (won't mention names,) can be a roll of the dice. The clerk usually won't know how to load them, let alone ring them up. But this young lady was superb, and friendly! I encourage everyone to support this station and Maverick as a whole. If I haven't reviewed other locations before, then that's on me. But I always look for Maverick's when I'm on the road. I know they won't steer me wrong!

Again, tons of offerings inside, and a great rewards system with your Maverik card. What I don't like about this place is the entrance and exit to the actual gas station. It's a bit crowded, and having it right next to a busy road sometimes causes issues with people coming and going.

Do not have signing up about no dead heading and no car parking in the truck parking however…read more There are several trucks park in the red zone (fire truck and gasoline regulations about parking near pumps). And we are an oversized load and require 2 spaces to accommodate the load we are carrying. You allow a truck to park in a non existent space between us and the tractor trailer next to us. I have no issues bringing in DOT or the local fire and police authorities to handle the concerns we are currently having with Loves Management and uniform application of parking. We have been parked here all day awaiting permits and not one single employee or driver has been non understanding of our over dimensional load being parked double. Yet your manager will walk out here and insist he is just. His truck will fit easily into the car/truck parking in the front. He isn't carrying a load, doesn't have a trailer and literally doesn't have any of his DOT licensing displayed. So again how do you even know he is a commercial vehicle. Looks like a work truck to me. Police or don't police the parking lot but don't come out here and walk past 6 trucks parked in a red zone to come get involved if you aren't going to uniformly apply your own rules.

If you're coming in off the main road heading east, you're going to need to make a few left turns to get in there. And on a busy day, that can get tricky. However, that said-I was able to satisfy my search for mint oreos, a delicacy that can be hard to come by. Chevron had me covered-with an end cap fully stocked with them. Pair that with a slushie drink, and you've KO'd any respectable sweet tooth.
