I could overlook that, except during recent visits, they were out of cappuccino, and the machine stays clogged. The entire fountain soda machine was out of order as well. This may be a corporate issue, but it's inconvenient when I stop for coffee. With pumps on each side, there are no designated parking spaces for the gas station. Your best bet is to park on the side near the car wash, or just leave your car parked at the gas pumps and walk inside for the store. This Circle K isn't my favorite, but I give the staff props for being nice.

The hot food station always has people grabbing something (I haven't), but seeing people going to it is a good sign. They have a good selection of beverages, including alcoholic options. The snack aisle is plentiful and seems to always have the newest or limited time things. It's nice to be able to try new stuff. The staff is friendly and interactive. I go frequently since I work within walking distance. The staff gets to know you and makes you feel very welcome.

The store itself needs a little TLC, but it has what you need with easy interstate access. The Polar Pop is a great deal and most flavors were working when we stopped, and all of the coffee was in stock, even in the afternoon. The clerk was incredibly nice and greeted everyone as they walked into the store, which was a friendly touch when travelling for the holidays.

I was impressed at what I saw! There were self check out lanes (3) to avoid additional interaction with others unnecessarily and can help expedite the check out process. There is a hot bar where you can customer order your food choices as well as a refrigerated section for cold food (subs, salads, yogurts). Like other gas stations, they had bagged snacks and many cold bottled beverages. The interior was brightly lit and clean. While you're here, don't forget to sign up for their membership program to get a discount on gas and earn points off on future gas purchases with in store purchases. The address says John's Island, but this gas station is actually on the way out of West Ashley heading toward Hollywood/Ravenel. It is NOT on the island. The food prices are competitive and make Parker's a good spot to stop for a quick breakfast or lunch- much faster and more reliable than fast food drive-thrus. The snack/packaged item prices are also better quality, especially the cookies. Parker's coffee and soda machines all worked on my last visit, and the ice was crunchy. There is a loyalty program for drinks, which includes soda but does not include coffee or cappuccino.
