Sphinx is back to the way I remembered it which is why I frequent the establishment. Their pork chops and chicken salad are to die for, so very good. I also ordered a sea salt caramel cookie that was the best cookie I've had in 30 years. It was a bit pricey but, well worth the cost. The selection is actually quite surprising. You'll find brews here you won't find many other places in the area. At better prices as well! The growler beers are in constant rotation. The most important aspects are addressed here, safety, competitive prices and interesting selections. Stop by over many other options as they're one of the best, outside of Buccees (sorry I lived in Texas and it's the gold standard).

I saw a display of gift cards and Circle K reloaded card. When I asked the cashier about the card, she shrug her shoulders as she didn't know. How could you work at a Circle K store and not know a thing. Having the Circle K Easy Pay debit card saves you 30 cent up to $100 then 10 cent off everytime you fill up. That's a big thing now with rising prices. Then you have an employee who knows nothing. I'll get it at another location.
