Literally the WORST and sloppiest gas station you could go to around the area. The pumps hardly work, the tap to pay never works at the pump, inside the coffee and hot chocolate is constantly out of order. The workers/ new owners have really let this gas station go down the drain. If you're looking for 711 deals go to the other 711 and if it's just gas go somewhere else. read more

Sold to 7 eleven not to long ago. Went in there this afternoon after a long day of work and got to stand at the counter hearing the clerks conversation and passing their phones back and forth. I chose this convenience store for exactly to get in and out with knowing I'm paying higher prices. I feel like this lady purposely made me wait while she talked for minutes. Small chat when you're involved in the conversation is one thing but this lady rolled her eyes and was upset to even have to check me out. F this place and your dumb sass workers. Great place to shop, buy gas and diesel, get a car wash or use the restroom. Clean store and restrooms and the staff is always friendly.

Cashier lady tried to tell me I don't know how to pump gas just cause the transaction at my gas pump finalized when I never ever pumped one drop of gas. Cheer up a bit lady or don't choose to work at a gas station . No need to be rude. read more

Went to the gas station. Entered and the guy working tonight 12 am. Had a major attitude. Then i get up to the cashier. No greeting. Hes huffing and puffing my card ended up declining. So i cldnt get my two items and he says can you out those away. As if I worked there. I said no. He said okay youre now refused service from here on out. Horrible customer service. read more

I got a car wash in the evening of July 13 and when I looked at the truck the next morning the cloths must of been greasy as I had several greasy marks and spots on my white truck. I just went in and the person behind the register was less than helpful and all I wanted was another run thru and I could towel it down and that would probably do it. She got another big guy and they sat there talking like they were confused and made me pretty uncomfortable about even being there. There were other people in line as well and they lady said they need to verify it... I said that is fine and they started talking again. I said.. never mind just give me my receipt back and I'll never be back again. They were lost as far as customer service and that car wash sucks. My husband Went in on Christmas Eve 2017 to purchase two twenty five dollar gift cards. He was treated so rudely by the woman working. Certainly will never return to this station and if you would like to be treated with respect I would suggest you don't go there either. He was pretty ticked off when he got back in the car and said some people can be so rude. Especially at the holidays it is nice to show compassion to those who are working, which he certainly would have had he been treated with any sort of respect. read more

Went inside tried to buy lotto hand my slip to cashier and she said it's not working too much numbers. Can you please try again cause I was here few days ago and everything was working, she never did try and left. Went across the street to Chevron nice cashiers and hand my slip and no problem. Went in to exchange propane tank. Got home, and the exchange tank they gave had valve damage and was not properly passing the propane. Grill wouldnt get hotter than 300 degrees wide open and my grill propane gauge said it was just over 2/3 full. No big deal. Can happen. So I thought. Tried calling the store to discuss as it can easily be argued that a customer is just pulling a free tank swap if I didnt either bring it back right away, or contact someone to tell them what was going on. No one answered. At least 6-8 times. Disconnected the tank, left the warm uncooked steaks on the grill and ran it back to exchange again. Got to the store and was told by the male counter help there was nothing he could do and to come back tomorrow and talk to the manager. He asked if I had my receipt, which I was not given one. Then he asked if I asked for one as if would matter in resolving the problem at that moment. Told him I shouldnt have to ask, they should be asking the customers. Even though I could have easily pulled up the transaction in my phone, I didnt bother as now it was headed into problemsville on a higher level. I informed him I had people at my house and meat on the grill that need propane to cook. Didnt matter. Didnt care. Come back tomorrow. Im starting to realize this is not going to end well, for the store anyways. Sure, I can go across the street and just exchange their crap tank and pay another 20 bucks for a new one. That's not how this was going to end as far as I was concerned. You dont fuck around with a damaged propane tank. it was staying with Mr. Attitude whether he liked it or not. However, the girl who actually did the exchange 30 minutes earlier came out to the counter and had the intelligence and the decency to call the manager from her cell phone, who told them what we all know should have been done in the first place..exchange the tank , note the return as a bad tank, and be done with it. First and last time for everything and that was it.Wont buy gas, washes, tanks..nothing. While in the end it was resolved, if it was up to the mental midget, it wouldnt have been and the attitude served up while he was swapping out the tanks was laughable. There's far too many other places to go where you dont have to deal with that kinda crap. read more
