They have a spot before the bay that you can do your windshield (bug wash) and wheel wash. I didn't bother with those so I can't comment on them. I went to the window and gave my car wash ticket. The employee was really friendly and explained how it worked. Drove around the corner to the wash bay and was directed into the wash. The employee there was really friendly as well. I saw vacuums to the right of the wash bay. It's soft cloth washes which is nice. The dryer is very strong but my car was still bit wet when I left but it dried while driving home. I can't complain about a free wash. I was thankful since my car was so dirty. Haha

It looked like it had hit something in the auto bay when the door was opened. Mistakes happen, I get it. It honestly would've been fine if they had just been honest and said they had an accident and helped fix it. It bothered me how quickly I was dismissed, and now I have to pay out of pocket to have this fixed. It makes me wonder what else they tell customers to avoid accountability. I would recommend another shop nearby if it is convenient.
