I will say the lady that assisted me at the cash register was very sweet and super efficient so not that big of a deal but just odd that you can't print it at the pump & need to fetch in person. Team members went above and beyond to recognise you by your first name, and often times, remembered things like my favourite coffee creamer and milestones related to my recovery journey and my birthday. The general manager has long since retired. A young, bright man worked tirelessly in his place to keep the family feeling going. He was promoted within the ranks, and in his place came a new GM and a handful of staff members that arrived with him. Speedway is no longer my first stop before I begin my workday. Sadly, the morale and professionalism I once appreciated are no longer. Little care is devoted to cleanliness. Items are often out of stock. Gone are the welcomes by first name and exceeding of expectations. My past two encounters with a newer associate left me feeling defeated, a bit saddened, and accepting that the Speedway of yesteryears is gone. In its place is a shell of its former kindness and glory.

We waited in an air conditioned space where we could see the cars come along the conveyor belt for their wash. My son loved this part the most. We were even offered snacks and the TV remote control to comfortably wait for our car to be ready. I can't emphasize how nice it was to have good customer service at a car wash. Every time one of the employees came through the waiting area, my son and I were greeted with a smile. When the car was finished, we were given clear instructions on how to exit and what to do next. At the time, I was genuinely impressed with the service, affordability, and attention to detail. Unfortunately, after more than a year of patronizing this establishment, now operating as Auto & Tire Master Car Wash, I'm updating my review to reflect two extremely disappointing experiences. In February 2026, I discovered a deep scratch on the hood of my vehicle following a car wash. I immediately brought it to an employee's attention and asked if he could remove it, but the scratch was too deep. Rather than make an issue of it, I gave the business the benefit of the doubt and paid out of pocket to have the damage professionally repaired. Fast-forward to October 27, 2026, and here we are AGAIN. Another scratch on my hood, in almost the exact same location! TWICE. SAME BUSINESS. SAME AREA OF MY HOOD. I take pride in maintaining my vehicle, and the last thing I expect after paying for a car wash is to leave with damage that requires professional repair. What makes this particularly frustrating is that I've continued supporting this business, even after the first incident, because I genuinely appreciated their service. I've spent several days trying to locate management's contact information to address this latest incident directly. I'm now formally requesting that the business take responsibility for the damage and cover the cost of repairs. I'm including photos of both scratches because I believe customers deserve to know about my experience.
