The workers are sweet and get you what you asked for. There's usually the same man at the register, which I assume is the owner. I really hope the workers that drive your car in and dry off your interior and exterior are treated with respect and what they deserve. Please leave a generous tip. They stand out here all day and worked their asses off. I've never had a problem here. All my personal belongings are here before & after. They really are just here to work like everyone else. I honestly recommend this spot rather than somewhere like Flagship.

On 3 separate occasions after my carwash at Lorton Station Carwash, the toothpick container (new or used) has been removed. My husband is the only other person in my car, (besides dealership every 3-6 months) and he doesn't look for ... or is familiar with what's missing. This is why I am able to narrow down when it goes missing after the car is washed at Lorton Station Carwash. If more time was spent actually washing the dirt off windows and door handles, there be less time to take things. Make looting, plunder, stealing customer belongings punishable.

I previously tried another…read moreFlagship location and paid extra for a thorough interior cleaning that wasn't done properly, so I gave the Springfield spot a chance--only to leave even more frustrated. After paying $44 (plus a $10 tip) for a full one time cleaning, the entire passenger outside side of my car was still dirty, and the middle back seat hadn't been cleaned at all. I pointed this out to an employee, who became passive-aggressive and made a dismissive comment as he passed me. When I arrived the location was nearly empty. When I asked for the missed spots to be addressed, another staff member wiped the exterior and interior of my new Lexus with Windex. As the same passive aggressive male employee continued making passive aggressive comments at me, stating "maybe you need a detail, you should pay $500 for a detail instead"-- I pointed out that this wasn't the matter of me, needing a detail as I could wipe away the visible dirt and debris with my finger. This was obviously a malfunction of their car wash. In fact as I sat there waiting for my car to be finished, another woman had returned with her white bmw saying the same thing about the entire passenger side of her car also not being cleaned. She too could wipe the dirt with her finger. For $54, I'd expect a much higher standard, not to mention better customer service, and I'm certain if they can't do a basic wash correctly for $54. their detail job won't be much better. Prices have gone up substantially here, and it seems they're more interested in pushing their monthly packages than providing quality or consistency. I left with my car still dirty and now need to clean it myself. I suggest avoiding this franchise. I have included pictures.
