He arrived in about 45 minutes, which was great since the car was safely parked in my home garage. As soon as he got here, Kevin called, documented the vehicle with a few photos, clearly explained the plan, and got right to work. He first attempted to jump the low-voltage battery, but since the car was completely dead, towing it to the Tesla Service Center was the only viable option. Getting a completely dead Tesla out of an extremely tight, single-car garage is no easy task, but Kevin maneuvered it out flawlessly without a single scratch. Once the job was done, he followed up to confirm the car had been safely dropped off at the service center. Professional, careful, and communicative throughout, I couldn't ask for better service!

In order to do so, your driver decided it would be okay to drive on my lawn. When the driver was out of the cabin and at the tail of the towing truck, moving the car off of the ramp, the truck actually moved forward more into the yard. Upon leaving, he drove even further onto my property, cutting the wheels to try and navigate his way out. When confronted by my wife, he said he didn't leave any tracks on the lawn. I beg to differ. We work hard to maintain our property and keep it looking nice. For your driver to unilaterally decide it was okay to do this is absolutely unacceptable.
