Above was posted 2 weeks ago I am making another post because I feel like this bucees Is just getting worst and there isn't many options in eagle late at night to get what you need after a long day at work myself. The customer service here is really bad. Natalia just has this really bad attitude eye rolls and all felt very uncomfortable with the way she spoke to me I had only asked if she can just verify that I had the correct pump number and I did but I just wanted to double check I wasn't putting money on another pump and she wasn't helpful one bit she just with an attitude like if I was doing something to her. Her exact words were your supposed to know that already. To our surprise, they had a dog area which was perfect!! We were able to allow him to stretch his legs and take care of his needs while we also grabbed food and refreshments. The dog area was large and well maintained, there is also a trash can and bags if needed. The store is large and very clean, including the restrooms and the Wendy's. We ordered some light bites from Wendy's. The young lady working was very nice and freshly made our food. I'm so glad we found this gem, we will definitely be frequently on our future road trips!

This was my first ever time at at Buc-ee's! And WOW! This place is wild!…read more We stopped by around 1:30pm on a Thursday and it was a mad house. Every single gas pump was taken; we had to park the car pretty far out in the lot. And inside was full of people. But wow! What an experience. I had seen videos of Buc-ee's but nothing can prepare you for being there in person. It is huge! And there is literally anything you could ever dream of. From houseware, to decor, to clothing, to camping supplies, to pool noodles, to grills, to animal toys, travel items, to literal cow hides! I was walking around just shocked. And then you get to the food area. Tons of flavors of beef jerky, candy, and popcorn. It goes on and on. It is definitely an experience. We left with a few items and no food since we had just eaten, but a time was had! Every employee we ran into was friendly and helpful. You could spend a ton of time in there and still miss something. So glad I got to finally experience a Buc-ee's!
