Now, hearing that from a Buc-ee's employee. Was very surprising. I can't believe they have someone like that working for them so disrespectful and really poor customer service. Above was posted 2 weeks ago I am making another post because I feel like this bucees Is just getting worst and there isn't many options in eagle late at night to get what you need after a long day at work myself. The customer service here is really bad. Natalia just has this really bad attitude eye rolls and all felt very uncomfortable with the way she spoke to me I had only asked if she can just verify that I had the correct pump number and I did but I just wanted to double check I wasn't putting money on another pump and she wasn't helpful one bit she just with an attitude like if I was doing something to her. Her exact words were your supposed to know that already. Bathrooms were OK and staff was very nice. Traffic was really bad and I needed to get some coffee to keep me going for more hours than I had planned. To our surprise, they had a dog area which was perfect!! We were able to allow him to stretch his legs and take care of his needs while we also grabbed food and refreshments. The dog area was large and well maintained, there is also a trash can and bags if needed. The store is large and very clean, including the restrooms and the Wendy's. We ordered some light bites from Wendy's. The young lady working was very nice and freshly made our food. I'm so glad we found this gem, we will definitely be frequently on our future road trips!

I stopped at this gas station on my drive from Houston to San Antonio as I wanted to grab a coffee…read moreand snack. Inside, they had a dunk in donuts and other places but I decided to go with a protein bar and regular coffee. The inside was clean and well kept and the prices were reasonable (not crazy high like some gas stations). Most of the inside stores (aside from Dunkin) we're closed which was a bit disappointing but not a big deal. I was able to get in and out quickly as there wasn't a line and everything else was readily available. I'd stop here again.

It's bright with a lot of selections of snacks and drinks. They have many bathroom stalls that could have been a little cleaner but it's one of the better bathrooms I've been to for a road trip. They have gas pumps for filling up your vehicle when you need it.
