Road trip stop for a restroom break. The store and restrooms were very clean. We were warmly greeted as we entered. overall a great stop!

I came in to buy gas and use the restroom and as I was walking into the restroom I heard Yaritza talking about one of the customers. Her exact words were "was that a girl". Now, hearing that from a Buc-ee's employee. Was very surprising. I can't believe they have someone like that working for them so disrespectful and really poor customer service. Above was posted 2 weeks ago I am making another post because I feel like this bucees Is just getting worst and there isn't many options in eagle late at night to get what you need after a long day at work myself. The customer service here is really bad. Natalia just has this really bad attitude eye rolls and all felt very uncomfortable with the way she spoke to me I had only asked if she can just verify that I had the correct pump number and I did but I just wanted to double check I wasn't putting money on another pump and she wasn't helpful one bit she just with an attitude like if I was doing something to her. Just stopped in to use the restroom (as one does at a Buc-ee's) as they are legendary for cleanliness.... Well... this is a tiny one so the restrooms, while much cleaner than your typical small town gas station... was not what I'd call Buc-ee's clean... gnatty. When we were about to leave my kiddo had refilled a water bottle up with water at the soda fountain. As she walked out they stopped her and said it was considered a cold drink refill and it they charged her $2.49. A small soda is .99 and a large is $1.49.... Using their cup. A refill of water in her own cup was $2.49. I pointed that out but it fell on deaf ears. I mean... I'd think it was ludicrous... but I wouldn't complain playing .99 for a refill... but to pay more than any actual fountain drink would cost? And for WATER? I put the $20+ worth of things I was going to buy back and decided this isn't a store I'll ever set foot in again. I suggest avoiding this store entirely and finding another stop. read more

Buc-ee's prides itself on their clean restrooms with billboards often seen on highways. I've been to the location in the past at it's been company standard and what to expect. Today the restroom was filthy. Floors not washed for days. Toilet paper out. Sink area dirty. And an employee "washed" their hands and left the restroom area as I was there! There's an idea that you check the cleanliness of the restroom before eating at a restaurant. This was so bad we elected not to buy the bbq sandwiches, pudding and tea we went in for. On the way out I mentioned how filthy the restroom was and that we decided not to but there. The gentleman asked... which one women or men. Women? Not my area. I looked toward one of the ladies including one with an assistant manager who had just been in there. She said I was just in there. Yes.... Well the floor is filthy, the toilet paper is out and the sink area is dirty. She didn't do a dang thing. She barely wetted her finger tips. And quickly dried them. I didn't even see her go for the soap. Gross! And she's handling my goods or preparing my food - not today! I've never seen this place looking that bad! Even at big rush times which it want busy at all when we were there. read more

I don't know where the hate comes from, they have great fresh burritos with salsa , bbq sauce options. I've only had the brisket and fajita tacos, all good. Also nice fresh cookies. Great place , deserving of 5 stars. Friendly cashiers. read more

Well if this isn't just the smallest Buc-ee's I've ever seen! However, still effective and the customer service is excellent! Friendly, like I like it! Got my coffee, beaver nuggets, and an egg roll that I was so excited about! It was spectacular!!! The bathrooms were a 4/5 and if you're a true fan of this place you know every one of em is a 5/5. The worst breakfast burritos I've ever had at any Buc-ee's. I took one bite and it was soggy and barely warm. I took it back inside and let thyme know. I was not offered a fresh one or anything. Cheaper gas prices and super clean restrooms. Nice place to stop when traveling. Food ?? If you can't find something to put in your belly at Buc-ee's, you won't find it. No place to sit and eat but we have an rv so we just sat in it at the table and ate. read more

My expectations for a Buc-ee's location are always high, and this location did not measure up. It is the smallest Buc-ee's location I've ever been to. The staff were not very enthusiastic and overall the spirit of the company wasn't very apparent. It felt like any other gas station stop to be honest. Buc-ee's is supposed to be above and beyond that. Plus the bathrooms weren't all that clean and the toilet paper wasn't stocked. It didn't seem to be a busy day either so I'm not sure how to excuse this. I probably won't be back to this location. read more

Hello hi I had almost the same experience as you I had my 3 pound chihuahua I was literally holding him he wasn't in the ground I was just making a quick stop it was at night there wasn't any customers and older lady with glasses yelled at me to leave she approached me VERY aggressive she followed me and made sure I left I wasn't aware of any rules cause again I seen other customers bring there pets i would've been understanding if she wouldve told me nicely hey no pets allowed or hey we don't allow dogs if you could pls leave your puppy in vehicle and your more then welcome to come back inside I would've been okay with she was so angry my puppy was wrapped in a blanket not touching anything nor bothering no one so I was very shocked by this experience read more

I had my cat in a carrier and they wouldn't let me use the bathroom because "people have allergies"... are they going to make me leave my shirt with cat hair on it outside too? It was hot outside and I couldn't leave him in the truck. What else do they want me to do? Unbelievable. Will not be returning. This is probably the smallest buccees yet and I honestly like these small stores better and the fact it's somewhere rural and somewhere conveniently located at the same time. I made two visits here, the employee " Yessica" was very kind and attentive. The food is great and shopping around is also quick. It doesn't have all the Bucees swag but it wasn't a big deal... The bathrooms aren't up to the buccees standard but overall I was satisfied with my visit read more

World's cleanest restrooms! This place always has the tidiest, most hygienic restrooms! This is the smallest Buc-ee's I've ever laid eyes on. It seems like they're taking over Circle K's now, and turning them into Buc-ee's. They're open 24/7 I believe. They have three grades of gas like everyone else. Inside, you'll find all the Buc-ee's goods you need- including the Beaver pops and Beaver nuggets and their wonderful ice for the fountain drinks that's crunchable, and the extra syrups you can add to your sodas to make monstrosities like grape vanilla cherry Dr Pepper. This Buc-ee's is situated on a weird intersection that's a partial turn into town, along the main drag in Eagle Lake. Seems to me, this is the best place to get stocked up to go out to the lake with the best snack selection. read more

You're probably used to the enormous football stadium Buc ee's when driving down Texas Highways, however this one is just a small gas station type store. You have some of your Buc-ee's favorites but nowhere near whatsoever what you'd find at the gargantuan locations. Gas, drinks, sweets, chips, Bucc-ee's soda fountain, small selection of sandwiches, breakfast tacos, some trinkets and so on. Almost passed this gem up when traveling to Splashway yesterday going 70mph! Thank goodness my brakes work well! We ended up stopping because I needed gas and my kiddo and I needed to use the restroom. Smaller Buc-ee's location, but immaculately clean none the less! There were only 3 restrooms available in the women's area since this seems to not be the most common of areas, but all 3 were clean. read more

Always dependable Buc-cee's is a pleasant sight to see when traveling. You're can be well assured there will be clean bathrooms as well as a clean store, friendly staff and an immense selection of snacks and beverages. This Buc-cee's is one of the medium sized ones but well stocked with anything you may need. Gas prices are reasonable and the parking area is debris free and spacious. Prices on snacks and drinks are reasonable and the Buc-cee's brand snacks, especially the Butter Toffee Peanuts (or any sweetened nuts) are winners. The cute as can be Buc-cee's merchandise is fun to browse. This location is in a small country type town so not only are the staff friendly but the locals are, also. My husband and I stop by this Buc-ee's going to and from Austin to Sugar Land a couple of times per month, usually late in the evening. The employees at this location are amazing! Whenever we pull up they are always busy little beavers. One will be stocking, while one is washing windows, and another cleaning the store. They always greet us coming in and leaving. If I don't go in with my husband they always ask him how I am doing and will wave out the window at me. I am handicapped and on a walker and they know we are often going to Sugar Land so we can go to MD Anderson in the medical center. These 3 women are very sweet, courteous, and hard workers. The store and restrooms are always immaculate. Of all the Buc-ee's, I'd have to say it is our favorite because of the staff. It is a small store in a small town with a heart bigger than their biggest store. Jessi has moved to days so we don't see her as often. Hope we get to see you now & then. read more

HORRIBLE. scrambled egg- very loose, not sure it was cooked enough, dried out ham, and COLD. couldn't take more than 2 bites. Didn't start eating till we got on road so I couldn't go back. We not only wasted our money, we had to make another stop for better food. Dont trust their food quality when you need food on the road. read more

While it's still better than other gas stations, this Buc-cee's is smaller than average with less selection. The fajitas however were pretty good and the staff was friendly, so I'll chalk it up as a win. read more
