this location is ok but kind of ghetto they need a major upgrade other than that is ok

gas station doesnt open the door for black people past midnight they lock the door and look at you to see if they want to open the door.

The gas pump needs recalibration. Watch the speed of the price and feel the gas come out the pump. Unreal

So this morning I stopped by to cash out my scratchers at the shell gas station next to yum yum donuts on 25th. And Palmdale Blvd . $30.00 dollars worth of it cash..the man Named Alex was being a total ass with me... first he starts telling me that he's going to stay with no change. And I told him ok do you have money to give me for the scratchers and he said yes. So I was ok... then he keeps mumbling about him not going to have money and blah blah blah... then as he checks the paper he printed she said 30 dollars what do you want ? I was like cash ... and he said again you do t k ow you going to Leave me with out money and I told him you have many customers and this is a gas station I'm sure you'll get the money back...then when he gives me the money he slams it on the counter... i told him he should treat people that way... and he told me to get my money and go very rudely.... then I go to my car and come back and I started recording him and the owner from the store said To call the number out side and complaint.. so now I wanted to go back in the store to get the name of the man that was rude and the owner was blocking my entrance... he never apologized earlier to me ... he apologized after he saw I was recording . Even a man inside that store was telling him he had to apologize to me for being so rude... The owner was trying to tell me that it was early and it's ok to be rude to people...??? Like if you dont like the early shift dont work !!! There is no reason to be rude to anyone no matter if it's day time... i understand that sometimes there is no change,but just tell me there is no change and I would go to a different retail store.. if you cannot give money back you shouldn't sale lottery tickets... I want people to see my point ... hopefully I don't get negative comments . But if you encounter any rudeness or disrespect from the man Alex please report him. He shouldn't be working in customer service if he's acting this way with people. read more

The staff was pretty nice here. You can't go into the food mart at night, its only the walk up window. They have outside restrooms that were pretty decent. Also have security walking around. Oh and there's an express car wash read more

in the 5 years I've lived in Palmdale i have never had the dishonor of nor the direct waste of time to deal with a more DISRESPECTFUL and such unprofessional service. I will go out of my way to never use shell and any of its affiliates. I will do my homework and find who is connected and what products they produce. July 2, 2017 on the 1800 block of Palmdale blvd, sits a shell gas station. it was 2:45 am. The gentleman behind the counter took an double glance in our direction. i clearly asked the man for camel 99 filter and Marlboro 27 100's. he hardly paid attention as i had to repeat what i said. he then looked at me and said, and i quote:"You said you want newports? 100's?" he looked at me and made that assumption. whats worse? i was with my friends girlfriend. she asked me if i thought the man had change for a 100 dollar bill. he said yeah, and i told her, and i was finishing my transaction. he reaches for my card now mind you the palmdale delivery drivers get robbed every day. so its no strange thing to see in palmdale a window or a plext glass seperating you from the cash register. i hand the card under the window and he examines it and says its not $100 bill. i know its a card. i ask him to ring it up and he tells me after he rips a small corner of paper off and asks me to write down my pin. i was a communication specialist in the US Army (31U). i served a tour in 2002-03 to Iraq and Kuwait. I stationed out of Ft. Bliss el Paso Tx. I know not to give him my pin. he didnt even offer the pinpad. and when i refused to give him my pin he cancelled my transaction a took back the smokes for me and my girlfriend. Then told me that hes done with me and that he will not be serving me and the computer blocked my card from being used there and could no longer purchase anything. I pulled out ANOTHER card Met with the same luck. all the while talking as if i were not understanding. the lady i was with went as smooth as cream. I was not disrespectful, nor did i cuss and still he treated me as if i were someone trying to get over on him,or cheat him in any way. US Army. Had an issue with the pump (#6) not shutting off when the tank was filled. After a huge gas spill-over I went inside to complain to the attendant. I was told there was nothing he could do, that I was responsible. What should have been a $40 bill was now $70 =( Why is the consumer responsible for an obvious mechanical failure??? not good business practices. read more

This used to be my go to gas station until recently about last month they started charging 20-25 cents higher per gas octane rating compared to other stations that charge 10 cents for higher octane rating. As if gas wasn't expensive enough, this is just highway robbery and greed. This station just lost many customers because of this that includes my co-workers after they noticed this price increase. read more
