The last two times I've had the misfortune of having to do business with her. I needed to separate my payments, in order to leave enough money on my card for other bills that I had to pay. So for that reason I needed to pay in cash and on card so I tried to explain to her, which one was which, and I wanted her to do it in a certain order, but she refused to pay attention I couldn't tell what you were saying because I had the air blower in my ear and she wasn't making effort for me to hear her either because she was so unapproachable and so miserable to be around. I instinctively just wanted to part ways and get over and done with so I cross my fingers and let her ring it up, and exactly what I was afraid of , she got em backwards. I was a little disgruntled. I looked at her. And said. told you! Which ones I need to rung that first! Then she told me which one she was ringing at first (but I couldn't hear that with the blower in my ear and with her barely speaking she wasn't even looking at me )and I tried telling her that I could barely understand what she was saying, and she insisted that she was speaking loud enough for me to hear. excuse me! shouldn't I be the judge of that ? Why wouldn't she just take the time to ring them up the way that would be would be best for me? So fast-forward to and here we are again today same exact thing. card, cash. she argues with me again I leave because it's getting ridiculous and she follows me outside! and yells at me to come back at 6 AM! when her shift ends challenging me to fight her! What is wrong with this picture I guess I won't be getting my gas here anymore.? I guess I won't be spending my 15 20 dollar snacks every other day here anymore

They hold part of payment until cleared . Another day they only had the most expensive gas available at every pump . What a coincidence. I didn't notice the condition of the bill at the time because I trusted that the cash I received from the store was acceptable. The next day, when I attempted to use the $50 bill to make a purchase, I noticed that it was damaged. I immediately returned to the Pilot Travel Center and explained the situation, requesting a simple bill exchange. Unfortunately, the employee declined to exchange the bill, even though she and her coworker were there when I had originally received it. Instead of resolving the issue, I was told to come back at 11 PM that Sunday. I find this response very frustrating and unacceptable. Pilot Travel Center should be accountable for the condition of the bills they accept and then give back to their customers. Customers should not be left stuck with damaged money after making a purchase at your store. I hope management looks into this situation and trains employees on how to properly handle situations like this. This could have been easily resolved with a simple bill exchange, but instead I was left feeling like my concern was being ignored.

Upon entering this station, I had difficulty finding a gas pump that was actually operational (see photos). Finally, I was able to find an operational pump. It was really cold that night and I was starting to get annoyed that the pump was so darn slow as I began to feel my hands and face get numb from the freezing breeze. After filling up my car with gas, I was then further annoyed when the pump failed to print out a receipt for my purchase. Frustrated, I thought to myself, "Does anything actually work at this gas station?" Maybe I just stopped here on their bad day.
