Check your currency!!!! 1-Star Review I'm very disappointed with my experience at Pilot Travel Center. After making a purchase, I was given a damaged/burnt $50 bill as part of my change. I didn't notice the condition of the bill at the time because I trusted that the cash I received from the store was acceptable. The next day, when I attempted to use the $50 bill to make a purchase, I noticed that it was damaged. I immediately returned to the Pilot Travel Center and explained the situation, requesting a simple bill exchange. Unfortunately, the employee declined to exchange the bill, even though she and her coworker were there when I had originally received it. Instead of resolving the issue, I was told to come back at 11 PM that Sunday. I find this response very frustrating and unacceptable. Pilot Travel Center should be accountable for the condition of the bills they accept and then give back to their customers. Customers should not be left stuck with damaged money after making a purchase at your store. I hope management looks into this situation and trains employees on how to properly handle situations like this. This could have been easily resolved with a simple bill exchange, but instead I was left feeling like my concern was being ignored. read more

It was pretty nice but the Alcohol Department was interesting you had to go in a Refrigerator I didn't like that. To choose your beer. My dad likes 211. And well they were restocking it at the time. I wouldn't want to get locked in there. And my dad is 75 and they needed his id which was rare. That was rediculous and I had to go show mine and she scanned it. Which I don't like but it's the law. But that's how when there is a data breach our ids get spread around. But I was waiting in line to get the New Harry Potter Cinabon this lady (Hispanic looking with long eyelashes was helping a caucasion lady and man. As she the caucasion lady walked away I was telling her about my Tik Tok (Mskeishapac)I make reviews and share about the product and when someone else comes to that store and purchase the product I get a commision. The cashier a Hispanic lady with the long eyelashes walked away and started helping at subway. Like that's why I put the less than one star. She could have said next but she didn't. Needed a restroom break on our road trip and went here. The restrooms are sparkling clean! I would recommend. There is a great selection of convenience store items as well as hot food options like Cinnabon and Subway. There was also a pizza place. I highly recommend going here for a rest stop. read more

The only good thing about this place it is open 24 hrs. It's always a problem getting something to eat at Subway. Workers are sometimes not there or are slow. This is a main stop for truck drivers. Where they take their lunch. Some only have 30min. I don't know if they're short staffed but they should be more on top of that. read more

It's a nicer, newer facility. The showers are large and clean and don't smell like mold. That's always a winner. The water got extremely hot, which a lot of truck stop showers do not. The only down side would be that in the showers, the sink is one of those that you have to hold the level down to get that water to run and it stops if you let go. That's wild that they would install something so ancient in a newer facility. read more

I want to say that this is not about the pilot employees there great super friendly and welcoming, but the Subway employee was super rude, we went during evening and when we arrived she informed us she was going on break so we waited and walked around, upon her arrival she was so rude and even suggested we eat pilot food ( Not that there's anything wrong with that we just wanted subway) and after multiple declines she huffs and asks what I want and rushes me, she also got upset I was going to get more than one sandwich and tried to scold me on not letting her know beforehand even though we hadn't paid yet. She rushed my sister so was getting a sandwich and than she refused to put apple pay when we asked and knew it was used at that pilot. She pretended that she didn't know what that was until I told her to let me try and finally it worked. As we were leaving another customer went and he was told she's was going on break again!
