I show her both items after I paid them and before leaving the store as a courtesy. And then she says I only paid for one item and I needed to pay for the other. So paid for both now got to pay again?!! What did I pay in the first place. Thats not deal on the app . Then when I show other items that says are free on the app. She tells me they don't sell those items. Convenient. When saw guy carrying a big beer package just a minute ago. Whatever, maybe she's jaded with some of the sketchy customers that come in. Maybe needs re-training. Just sketchy customer service leaves one to go elsewhere. Won't honor the deals on their app and lies about it. Just trash. Hope this reaches appropriate ownership of franchisee for better business practices. It's small for the amount. Asked for money back and left items at store. Ironic thing still got shorted for refund. I would let this pass giving her the benefit of the doubt. But lady's facial expression and attitude warranted sharing my negative experience. I never have any issues at Pilot, Circle K or the other 711 locally. Guess I'll just frequent those instead. My bad believing good and fair business is the standard. Certainly didn't receive it this time.

Unfortunately I didn't confirm the price before he started on my car and had me sign the paperwork w/ no price on it. I only noticed the price after he charged my debit card and when I asked him about it and the price advertised he only said it's an old special and everyone gets charged $60. Stay away from these thieves and get a way better price at the Smog Center down the street.
