This place is my go to fountain drinks and beer. They have the 4- 32 oz bottles of Mexican beer for $14+ tax and crv. Today I walked to the fountain drink dispenser and found someone's pet cockroach.!!!! Also an employee takes buzzballs and packs of cigarettes without paying and saying that they were for her brother. That was about 2 weeks ago maybe less. This place is pretty clean for the most part and just lately had a face lift. I wish they pay more attention to the men's bathroom....smells like piss and it's on the floor. read more

This is one of the most indigent stations around this area! Wow I mean just wow get your gas and food or whatever and go! What a shame employees don't care management doesn't care drive a bit more for PILOT. I see people stealing stuff homeless walking in grabbing ice and leaving machines filthy! Floors sticky literal people walking in with their own cups from elsewhere and filling them up. As I'm sitting in the parking writing this it's happening next to me. Loud obnoxious people just sitting around in there cars, doesn't feel safe. I have no idea what they're thinking gas isn't the cheapest drinks aren't competitive I mean why stop here at all. If you're oblivious to all this and mind your business chances are you don't care and ignore all this. If you read this far you might be the type to want a ok place to stop or something. Today I drove up to the car wash and it said pay inside leaving my car at the front of the wash. I had to get out of my car to pay. Then I didn't see where to put in the code in and the guy (little Indian man) don't know his name said you're doing it wrong and I tried to show him what I was doing. He was so rude and I was upset because of his attitude. He blames it on me and called me an asshole because I told him they should put a sign of instructions for people to follow. I've never had worse customer service and do not recommend this gas station!!! read more

This place is ridiculous! Went in to buy a Lottery ticket, and the cashier asked to scan my driver's license! I'm like, "For what???" Where is privacy disclosure? Where is my information stored? When I offered to show my driver's license but said I would NOT allow the cashier to scan it, I was told that by the cashier that he would not sell me any lottery unless i allow him to scan my license. I did not buy any tickets there but just can't believe that more and more places are asking to scan your driver's license without reason or explanation! I hate their gas pumps. You can't find the gas number unless you're standing in front of the pump . They do not stretch long enough to reach the other side of your car even if you have a compact car. You cannot cancel your transaction at the pump. You have to go inside to do it. They are extremely slow cashiers. Their car wash is mediocre for $10. For Not much more money you can join a car wash clubs and get a much more thorough car wash. read more

it's supposed to be 24 hours. went with my bf to get something to drink around 11:00pm/12 ish and they had a sign that they were closed for "10 minute" break. so we thought okay 10 minutes, we can wait. so we waited there in the parking lot, and 10 minutes came and went. they didn't open the door after a good 15 we drove away from the gas pumps where we waiting to the front more so we could see better of what was going on. store was STILL closed, sign was still up and we saw the employees in the parking lot smoking and laughing. i get you need breaks but if there's two of you, they need to plan breaks accordingly ie one take their break and then the other. not at the same time, so the whole store doesn't have to be closed to take a break. and then taking over 10 minutes with the whole store being closed so they can smoke together. ridiculous. read more

Just be careful with the pump handle I crushed my hand while putting it back on the receiver.... Apparently these new pumps have a newly designed pump handle(compared to other stations ) and very poorly deigned.. (design flaw) THEY NEED TO FIX THIS ASAP.. this is very dangerous, all the pump handles feature the same new design... . I'm NOT very happy that my hand was crushed like that.. other wise I would have given it a 5/5, if it was not for that.. I have done about 500-600 fuel ups over my driving career and never had my hand crushed like what happened at this location 100% it's a new handle design i'll post photos next time I go there to show that its a total "fail" design... read more

Last night we went to the Circle K on E. Palmdale Blvd and 40th East. There was a lady in front of me, she went up to the cashier and I saw the cashier throw her money back at her. The lady then gave her the money back and the cashier threw it back at her again. The cashier then told her in a rude voice,"I don't know what you want, you need to learn to speak english". I was angry and so I asked the lady what she needed, she told me, "Viente en el numero trece". This woman did not need to be rude. Also, there was a Hispanic man in front of her and he was trying to pay with a $100 and she said she had no change, so when I went up and gave her a $100 and told her I wanted $35 on pump 1, she told oh okay go to the next register, I have change there. My dad and sister went in to get change back and she was rude to the them. My dad told her she was a bad person, then she proceeded to assist them. So sad how racist people can be. read more

My friend who is a nurse and is part of an outreach program visited this store to bring information regarding vaccine sites... he told me he spoke to someone who seemed to be a manager, an older white woman with blonde hair and overweight. She was very rude to begin with and after rudely telling them no, she uttered a racial slur to him. He's black. He said he didn't say anything because he is in uniform and technically at work, but whoever this lady is needs to be fired. What a person to represent this company. I went in to get lottery tickets and the line was to the door. It was a long line but it went pretty fast. I had 5 winning lotto tickets ($8.00) total. I handed them to the gentleman and told him "these are winners, I would like to cash them in and get another California combo". He stepped away for several minutes to do so. It appeared he was new because he asked the other cashier for assistance. In the meantime the gentleman that was behind me went to a different window. I heard him say $20 on number 19. The cashier that was waiting on me came back and gave me my $3 change but forgot to give me my tickets. I walked out to the car and my husband asked me where are the tickets?. So I walked back in to get them. At that time the gentleman that was next to me was talking to the cashier saying that he didn't get his gas. The cashier stated that she she put $20 on the pump and it was his fault if he gave her the wrong number. I said " He said number 19 what number did it get put on?" The cashier said "no, he said number 15" To make a long story short she told him she could not help him and for him to call and speak to a manager. I gave the gentleman my number in case if he need a witness. I doubt if I will ever go back to that store. read more
