The plus side is that the Premium gas was significantly cheaper but the card machine wasn't able to read my Costco membership card. I had to scan the QR code from the Costco app. When I was about to leave, the other worker told me to turn my car around instead of going straight in order to exit the area. How was I supposed to know the pathing here when there are no clear indication? This is just poorly-managed station, just like its associated warehouse in this particular location.

Being just as you go into a corporate office park, they are very convenient for those going/coming from work. Great location. However once inside, there are a few things you run into. Literally. This station is very small. Compounded with a very crowded overpacked layout, it's difficult to navigate. There is actually an overabundance of unshelved stock stored in the very limited open space of the store, making it more crowded and hard to maneuver in. In fact today, there was so many plastic storage bins and stock packed in front of shelves I could not get into the products I wanted to pick up. Hopefully there will be a solution soon that can take that unstocked merchandise in an alternate area (?build an outside storage building?) that can clean up and give back the limited space they have available. However it's even so crowded at the register counter area with products and items to try to sell that there is hardly any room to place the items you want to purchase down...definitely overcrowded even at the register space and it is frustrating. To their credit, they have a good variety of products to offer for such a small store (thumbs up for 40g protein drink Muscle Milk being offered). I've drive by Kohl's side to get to the gas station couple times without thinking and faced with grass area where I had to drive around to get to the gas pumps. I haven't had to wait more than few minutes (like Costco gas stations *ahem*), and it's always a quick visit. Now for the cons: Unlike some other newer BJ's gas stations that easily read the BJ's app for membership verification, this one has "older" gas pumps and they don't scan the app very well. So you have to use a physical card to scan it at the pumps. Not a big deal, but it is annoying. The drive out of the gas station has pretty low visibility due to overgrown bushes and trees. I wish the shopping center tends to those to make the driver's visibility to be better. It's very hard to see if any cars are coming from the left side of the gas station when you are driving out from the gas station into the road. I typically step on my gas pretty hard to get out of the station.

Finally...this gas is LOW grade...it is NOT Top TIer....(Costco IS). so you really should add fuel cleaner additives periodically...making the effective cost of the gas not as cheap as you think. Google Top Tier fuels....you might consider NOT making BJ's your only source for car gas.

I came in with a large stack of business mail that needed to be weighed and stamped. The first gentleman behind the counter did not seem to understand how US addresses were written and had a very difficult time navigating the postal Computer system. It took a long time for him to process just 3 out of my 20 envelopes while a long line was starting to form at the other register. It became apparent that he was the only one there behind the counter at this time. People were getting impatient & I was getting frustrated with the incompetence. After another 10 mins, another employee walked back in after her cigarette break...(She was crouched outside when I walked into the store. It should've been apparent that help would be needed with all the customers walking in.) She told the first guy to go take care of the cash register while she took over the post office transactions. She glared at me and snapped "ya know that you could've done all this on the internet" to me. Uh....YOU are being paid to do a job so DO IT!! I DON'T need to explain myself to you. She continued with her obvious attitude and slapped each envelope down on the scale while furiously jabbing the keys on the key board. Wow!! What a gem this one is!! ....so...customer beware.
