Currently, they have a burger, fried chicken, sandwich and pizza options, along with a coffee stand in the middle. The food itself is mediocre most times, but at midnight everything tastes so much better. I mean, a midnight tuna sandwich has not tasted better before. Its proximity close to RDU makes it an appealing place to hang out while you wait to pick someone up from their flight, or grab a bite if you are flying home late. They also have monitors that track all of the flights, pretty neat in my opinion. The rest of the building is just a nice gas station, tons of snack options, drinks you've never heard of, and pure vibes. What is not to love about this place?

I have four significant pet peeves with this Sam's Club…read more.. As anyone who has been to a Sam's Club knows, the safety straps for children in the cart catch on the other carts when they are inserted into each other. This is well known, so why doesn't Sam's Club do something to fix it? Then on customer service, if you buy something that needs to be retrieved from the electronics cage, there is never an employee there to retrieve it. There's no button or way to call an employee so you have to wait around for minutes until you can get attention of an employee who always acts annoyed. In contrast, Costco has a friendly staff member waiting at their electronics room to retrieve your purchased item. Next pet peeve is one against customers. Customers leave the shopping carts in the corrals every which way resulting in shopping carts sticking out into the drive lanes. It only takes three seconds to insert the shopping cart into an existing line of carts...if we all would just do that. Lastly, the traffic and how you have to drive into and out of this Sam's Club absolutely needs to be reworked. And it feels like Sam's doesn't care about these issues. If Costco were more convenient, Sam's would never again see me.

I've drive by Kohl's side to get to the gas station couple times without thinking and faced with grass area where I had to drive around to get to the gas pumps. I haven't had to wait more than few minutes (like Costco gas stations *ahem*), and it's always a quick visit. Now for the cons: Unlike some other newer BJ's gas stations that easily read the BJ's app for membership verification, this one has "older" gas pumps and they don't scan the app very well. So you have to use a physical card to scan it at the pumps. Not a big deal, but it is annoying. The drive out of the gas station has pretty low visibility due to overgrown bushes and trees. I wish the shopping center tends to those to make the driver's visibility to be better. It's very hard to see if any cars are coming from the left side of the gas station when you are driving out from the gas station into the road. I typically step on my gas pretty hard to get out of the station.

I recently started using this pharmacy and my last visit proved I made the right choice. I was very sick and went straight from the doctor office to the pharmacy. The sweet lady who helped me, Amy, went over and beyond to help me. It is rare to get super good customer service these days, especially in a big store like Costco, but the prescriptions (3) were filled quickly and I was able to sit comfortably while I waited. You can get prescriptions delivered via Instacart even if you don't have an Instacart subscription. Pharmacy Staff I can't say enough good things about the pharmacy staff at this location. I changed from private insurance to Medicare this year and they've gone out of their way many times to help me. Whether it's trying to get me a discount on a prescription that's not covered or helping me navigate the same day delivery function...they've been exceptionally helpful. I wish I could remember all the names of people that have helped me but some are Amy, Angie, Maliha and Sarah. Hospice Care My Mom, who's 95, went into hospice care this year which is incredibly stressful. It's one thing to be getting prescriptions to keep yourself well, it's another to be getting medications for someone at the end of their life. My Mom had a prescription we were getting filled at CVS. The bottle said "take two a day." So she was taking two at the same time. When we got the prescription from Costco it said "take two times a day." That might not seem like a big deal but the nuance of taking the medication at two different times has helped relieve a very annoying side effect she had. Personalized Service I've used many different local pharmacies and what they all have in common (sadly) is that it's an anonymous experience. It doesn't matter if you've been to the counter two or three times in the same day, you're essentially like a stranger they're seeing for the first time every time you visit. I'd like to give a shout out to Maliha because I had spoken to her on the phone one day trying to resolve a technical/delivery problem and the next day, she saw my name, remembered me and asked me if I was able to solve the problem after we spoke. I was completely floored to get that level of customer service which has almost disappeared in our society. Likewise, I want to acknowledge Amy for being kind and attentive when I was picking up a prescription for my Mom that wasn't quite ready. She came over to me a couple of times to assure me it was almost ready. When you use the word "hospice" in a conversation, you're saying that someone's life is close to the end. It's sad how so many people don't understand that. Amy obviously understood the stress of waiting for a medication for someone in hospice care and I genuinely appreciate her care and consideration. Highly recommend...it's really worth the effort to use Costco pharmacy. Park on the edge of the parking lot near the gas station for a more hassle free experience.
