It's pricey but good quality and large portions. The sliders are huge. Don't mistake them for being small. Plenty of parking in a shared lot by the garage. Tables are easy to maneuver around with an assistive device. Would come back. I have 4 stars because it took a long time. I suppose good food takes time but it also takes the fast out of fast food to wait 15 + minutes for a small order. I'll be better prepared next time. I also deducted because the bathrooms were nasty and there was no toilet paper in the stall. It says to flush twice and it's apparent people didnt because the toilet was stopped up and I couldn't get myself to use it. Then finding no toilet paper was enough to make me skip it all together. I would definitely make it a littler easier with the pick up. First off we couldn't hear what number they called and some of us older folk can't remember numbers. I had to get my receipt to confirm the number because I couldn't remember if it was 5 or 6 or what. Then the order came and looked nothing like I expected and I had to check again to make sure I had the right number. If they can keep the bathrooms clean and call the numbers a little louder, I think it would help a bit.

My boyfriend driving the car was pointing to the drive through to give him an idea of what we were doing. While we were grabbing our food, he came way too close to our car and stared at it like it was a Mercedes Benz. We tried to ignore him, but he was making it hard. Luckily the security guard came out and told him to leave. That's why I'm giving it two stars. Another reason why I'm writing a low star review is because the food was awful. We live in downtown Raleigh, so it's not like we had to drive half an hour to get back to our house. The chicken sandwich had a fishy smell. The fries had minimal seasoning. even though I appreciate the security guard going above and beyond, we will not be returning to this location.

A few minutes later the electronic board shared my one of my two orders were completed, and updated doordash it was ready. I however had to wait about 15 minutes more to receive the second order. when I asked the cashier if I could go ahead and grab the 1st order, which they informed DoorDash was complete, she said they were still working on it! I asked her why would they say the order is finished, wipe the board that showed it was complete, if it was not actually ready? She said with a slight frustrated tone, that they were short staffed and parroted the manager. That is still unacceptable because the driver is usually penalized, like were lolly gagging and not delivering the food in a timely manner. I give two stars because the manager was cool, but still a disappointing experience. I only received one order out of the two because of essentially an hour plus wait time.

I cannot sing the praises of the Wingstop at 4531 New Bern Avenue in Raleigh, North Carolina,…read moreenough. Their food is good and I always receive great service there. Tim, the general manager, is a phenomenal leader who makes sure that customers feel valued. Recently, he went out of his way to correct an error that was made by UberEATS. I placed a large pick-up order that totaled over $200. I was out of town and was donating the lunch to a nearby nonprofit. When an employee of the nonprofit came to pick it up, UberEATS had sent the order details, but not the payment, so the order showed up as unpaid. The employee paid for the order after I sent them the money and then almost a couple of hours later, UberEATS charged me for the same order through the app. I tried to get it resolved and UberEATS just kept making me run around in circles. I went to the restaurant and Tim immediately worked hard trying to get me a refund. He called UberEATS and spoke to multiple representatives. They initially told him they would give me a call to resolve the issue so I left the restaurant expecting a call from UberEATS that never came. When I went back to the restaurant a second time, he called them again and when they refused to own up to their mistake, Tim was able to find my order through the restaurant and issue a refund. Best Wingstop ever!!
