Don't order a grilled Chicken Club 1 hour before closing...I was told it would be a 6-minute wait, I get to the window to pay and now it's a 10-minute wait...just gimme the fried and take the grilled off the menu... read more

Had a strange encounter with a homeless man at this Bojangles. He was standing in the way of the drive through, so we had to keep inching our car up until he got the idea. My boyfriend driving the car was pointing to the drive through to give him an idea of what we were doing. While we were grabbing our food, he came way too close to our car and stared at it like it was a Mercedes Benz. We tried to ignore him, but he was making it hard. Luckily the security guard came out and told him to leave. That's why I'm giving it two stars. Another reason why I'm writing a low star review is because the food was awful. We live in downtown Raleigh, so it's not like we had to drive half an hour to get back to our house. The chicken sandwich had a fishy smell. The fries had minimal seasoning. even though I appreciate the security guard going above and beyond, we will not be returning to this location. read more

I just really can appreciate the night time manager light skinned guy. By no means is this or any location perfect but he does his best and that's really all you can ask. I've had enough service here good and bad so, if you run into him. Good or bad he'll take care of it which is one less thing you have to worry about. read more

I won't give a 1 star review because their employees are amazing but how do you messed up your orders so much, you don't even get what you order from the app. First time I order 5 Cajun sandwiches and I only received 4 and I was like okay that's fine, second time I ordered 3 sandwiches and pay for combos on all three and I made them a club sandwich. Only got fries and one drink didn't even get bacon and cheese on them, when I paid for it, now I went on break and order a Cajun club sandwich with fries bacon and cheese and I end up getting a grilled chicken which tastes nasty as hell and no bacon or cheese. Currently sitting in my card with nothing to eat because they keep messing up orders. This is so upsetting because I only get 30mns break and I wasted 15 mms to pick it up and now I got nowhere else to go. read more

Bojangles - Grilled Chicken Sandwich - Fast Food Near Me - Raleigh, North Carolina

My coworkers and I had just arrived in Raleigh and needed to grab a quick meal. We decided to try Bojangles because we are from Buffalo and wanted to try Southern fast food. We split a family pack which came with fried chicken, biscuits & gravy, mashed potatoes, baked beans and a gallon of sweet tea. The price was ridiculously cheap for the amount of food we had. Although it wasn't the healthiest meal, it was very good! The sweet tea was wayyy too sweet for me. i couldn't have more than a sip. But the chicken and the sides were delicious. We also laughed because they have a full seasoned 10-13 pound fried turkey for $39.99. That was unlike anything we had ever seen before. read more

Had to get up earlier than normal to attend a meeting in the area. Didn't have time to go to a breakfast restaurant in Raleigh such as Courtney's or IHOP,. Since it was near my destination this morning it was BO TIME! Enjoyed a steak and egg plus a Cajun chicken biscuit with grits. Prompt food preparation with fresh made biscuits. Location was steady morning business, and the staff kept things running well. read more

I literally watched with my own eyes as the lady behind the counter loaded up my coworkers tray of fries and I saw the smile it put on his face not even 20 seconds later I saw her take those tongs and like an evil person, put back appropriately 9 fries. This made my coworker very sad and ruined his day. Which I'm doing so ruined my day. I'm reporting this place to the FDA. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU LIKE FRIES. P.S food was great tho. read more

Rude employee in the drive-thru & got my order wrong. How can you confuse "steak biscuit combo" with "chicken filet biscuit combo"? I was the only one in the drive-thru. Even being unhappy with the wrong order, I attempted to eat the meal. Chicken was tough & overcooked. I tried to eat just the biscuit & even that wasn't very good. The potato-rounds were cooked, but they had an odd taste to them. The only thing that was good was the sweet tea. So sadly, I paid almost $7 for a meal that was not fit to eat. read more

Thank God I was going home with my food because it was cold and the cheese wasn't even melted on my biscuit. Not to mention the country ham was so old it looked like it was cooked 2 days ago and then again today. It was so dry, I actually thought it was bacon when I first unwrapped it. The 2 stars is for speed & friendliness. read more

I love Bojangles and we always get the supremes which are the chicken tenders. Today I went and they handed me this huge box that could barely fit into my car window. I also paid more than usual too. Didn't think much of it because I ordered something extra and saw the huge box so thought maybe they upped the prices. No, they gave me totally different meal. No one would eat it and I had to go back out in the rain for them to exchange it for the correct one. While I was extremely annoyed I love their biscuits and chicken tenders. The staff was friendly also. read more

This review is solely for whomever the woman working drive-thru window at 4:12pm today (June 10, 2020). I've worked in a variety of restaurants over the last 17yrs and management for the last 6yrs. The woman working in the drive-thru window should not have customer interaction. She's very short, rude, dismissive and passive aggressive. Hopefully she was having an off day. I get we are in "different time" thanks to Covid, but if this is who she is she should stick to scooping fries or filling drinks. I had asked for honey mustard, as well as extra seasoning (willing to pay no problem) on my fries, when I placed me order. When I checked my order before pulling away from the window I didn't have either. When I asked her, without even making eye contact she said curtly, "pull up for condiments, thank you, bye" while shutting the window in my face. Regardless if you're working a fast-food window or a full service restaurant, you're still in the HOSPITALITY industry. If you don't like people, maybe a job stocking shelves somewhere will better suit an employee with her attitude. read more

I wanted a 6 piece meal before work, after eating it I immediately felt sick and had to throw everything up. I don't know if it was old bbq sauce or if it was the tenders, but after getting food poisoning I swore to never go back. read more

Chicken biscuit. When I am in the south, I want a Chicken Biscuit. No sauce needed, the chicken is seasoned, moist, crispy and sandwiched between two halves of biscuit heaven. Don't ask about the other stuff who cares. Chicken Biscuit. read more

I have been to this @Bojangles1977 a few times, and they are hit or miss. Most of the times it is good, but occasionally they could be better. The last time I was there I ordered an Unsweet tea without ice. When the cashier handed me the drink it was full of ice. I mentioned to her that I wanted it without ice, and she just strained the tea out of the ice into a different cup, and then topped it off. Umm, that is not what I wanted. When you order a freshly brewed tea without ice, then it is stronger, and hot. The cashier gave me a cold watered down drink, which is not what I wanted, nor asked for. But the cashier didn't think about that. With the chicken, it is generally good, with no problems, but the fries are sometimes not the freshest. Instead of cooking larger baskets of fries, try smaller baskets more often, then they are hotter and fresher. But that is just my opinion, the guy that wants hot fries every time. #424 read more

Stopped in this morning for a cup of coffee and a biscuit. Sit in line with two employees with expressionless faces staring at me and not offering to order food or anything else. I looked around to see if there's a camera as though they might be filming a zombie movie because these guys look like idiots. They never did ask and they help me even though an employee said you have a customer. Instead, they chose to wait on the person behind me forgetting about me. It Boggles my mind that someone would invest multiple of millions of dollars to open a store like Bojangles and then put complete idiots at their counter! No more Bojangles ever!! read more

I was trying to enjoy my meal but nah. This restaurant never fails to make a grown man sob. First off, My side was mixed up. How do you mix up Rice and Mac and cheese. Anyways, the drink had absolutely no flavor and I felt like I was sipping sewer water that was carbonated and then given to me. Do better. read more

I have been coming to this Bojangles for several years. I happen to order add another Bojangles via Uber eats. Now I realize that their food is not as good. The chicken at the Bojangles on Atlantic avenue is cooked to perfection. The biscuits melt-in-your-mouth. I guess I'm going to have to drive another 10 minutes out of my way to get a better breakfast. read more

Their cashiers are hard of hearing. I asked her to tell them to get my wings from the last pan and of course she did not so I ended up taking then that I want fresh wings. Then by the time the wings came out my fries were cold, had to get more of those. I asked for no tomato on my chicken sandwich and of course what was on it. Tomato! Got that taken off. These people are ridiculous and I've hardly ever seen anything like it. I asked for two lemons in my tea and received none! I just may not go to that one again and here I am thinking they're the best ones on my side of town. Silly me!! read more

Only reason they do not receive 5 stars is the fact that their drive thru line is backed up most times and expect to spend 5 minutes or more waiting. I love this Bojangle's compared to many other we visit almost daily. Their food is always hot and delicious. The window cashiers are very friendly, especially compared to the Bojangle's in Knighdale! The place looks really clean and very active all day with Customers. Try their gravy biscuit, all my! read more

Pretty good fried Chicken. It's no Popeyes or Churches, but they do have one of the best biscuits I have ever had. Ever had.

Greasy chicken and super dry biscuits. Their tea is good so they get 2 stars. Go down the road to Popeye's!! Ayeee!

I went to this location this morning for breakfast, and the staff treated me terribly! They yelled at me like I was an animal, and I didn't even get my food. I was so afraid and hungry. I had to leave without getting anything to eat or drink, but it actually did not matter because the attitude of the staff put the taste out of my mouth for the food anyway. Another time I was here, I ordered an egg biscuit, and I didn't even ask for butter, but they slopped butter on it anyway... I almost choked on the butter slab they put in there. When I went back to tell them that I did not ask for butter on my biscuit they did the same thing when they gave me a new one --- ewww... exact reason why I don't order egg biscuits now. I can't even enjoy my neighborhood bojangles correctly because of the poor customer service! They need more professional and customer friendly staff! read more

This was my first time visiting a Bojangles location. Their biscuits are absolutely amazing - almost addicting! The customer service at this location was exception and was some true southern hospitality. The speed of service was decent. Hit or miss, this place usually has great food, but not always. This place almost always forgets the dipping sauce at the drive-thru, and occasionally some supreme tenders, or biscuits, or will default to fries instead of the sides you really ordered. Just make sure you check your bags before you leave with them, or alternatively, eat in. I bump this place up a star because I did write to rdubojangles about the frequent problems we often have and they did send 3 cards for free supreme dinners. I suppose that is something. It really doubt make up for the huge pile of minor injustices we've been dealt since moving here 6 years ago, but it's definitely something. That said, we did return right afterwards, and they still forgot the dipping sauce. My husband said he sat right at the drive-through window and checked before even driving off. In that same order though, the biscuits were their very best, and they did give my kid a bonus tender in her box which is always a pleasant surprise. read more

First time going and it was awesome! Everything was hot and delicious from the chicken and biscuits to the crushed ice in my coke! I loved it all. I will definitely be going back! read more

This location has the WORST customer service! They often get our order wrong even though the ticket is right. When you drive up to the window, they say NOTHING to you at all, no greeting, no telling me how much my order is, literally silence. Not a hi, how are you, can I get you any sauces or condiments, nothing. They hand me my food, I ask for some condiments, I don't even get an "ok" back. They just reach over and hand it to me. I always say thank you, and still NOTHING. No your welcome, no have a nice day. Where has the customer service industry gone? It has gotten to the point when I go through the drive through, I wait to see if they say anything to me as a test, 3 times now, complete silence. That is just ridiculous. I would rather make the extra drive up to Knightdale to Chick-fil-a at this point for a chicken biscuit because I don't want to support this horrible customer service. read more

wow! best ive ever had and the people were so nice!!!! The food was so fresh and awesome!! I will be going to this one all the time.

if there was a way to give this bojangles no stars i would, i live up the street from this specific one and they ALWAYS mess up orders, ALWAYS have dry food nothing seems to ever be fresh and the staff could give a fuck about customer service. this review was long over due. so if you are even considering this location go to capital blvd. read more

Location at the New Hope Commons location in Raleigh, NC on New Bern Avenue (near WalMart). This location has got to be the sorriest Bojangles in The RALEIGH area. I ordered and was told it would take :15 because of my combo requested. I waited 26 minutes for this order that never produced. Went in to request refund and did not receive an apology or anything. I did receive "oh it just came up." How convenient when I walk in to inquire it just came up. Unacceptable customer service. Went to KFC and in and out in ;10 minutes read more
