Clearly, this place has done a few things to piss a few people off... and this review is not about the repair side of the place. But, from my own experience ( getting gas, use the air, get a candy bar) it's mostly been interaction with the morning/day guy and he's always been super nice... and has let me use the air-fill many times for free. Filling your car up is pretty straightforward and as long as the pumps are working and there are no payment issues... they are all mostly the same. But, in this case, it's the little things... a smile and free air. read more

I wish i could give ZERO star to this place, i went to the mart and unfortunately the manager named "Mark" doesn't even look at customers while providing service and he was texting on his phone the entire time, also he was not wearing a mask. Poor service and unreliable pumps. Went to two pumps with two different cards and they didn't work. I went to tell the man in the office and his response was "they have been working all day." With receipts to prove they weren't working, he still didn't care what I had to say and insisted that I pay up front. Not giving him my business! Suggestion: Go one block west to the 76 Station on the south side of the boulevard. read more

This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a gas station in my life. Turns out we pulled up ( my husband and myself) and all of their pumps didn't pump regular gas. You had to pay for premium gas. So we had to pay. So no problem, we did and we gave them $10 and nothing went into the car and so my husband drove off thinking that I was OK. And then I went to get in the car and my car was on empty beyond empty. I had nothing in it and I said hey listen look I'm showing you my bank statement there's proof that I paid you $10 and so I should be able to get at least 1 mile home and he was like blah blah blah blah blah blah blah, and I was like blah blah blah blah blah blah! He had zero compassion , he took zero responsibility. He screamed at me and he was an asshole and then I think he might've called the cops. but I'm glad that I wasn't there for that. Only because my husband was so scared that he turned around ( not realizing my phone had died) and tried to come get me.at that point, I had turned around scared that I had just tried to make it home. I made it halfway home and then my husband met me, on the way. but my phone had run out of juice and so I had to use somebody else's charger which made it very difficult. AnyHoo my point is that these guys are fucking assholes. They couldn't have been more rude and they couldn't have been more nasty. They were outright jerks! jerks and even though they were the ones that had the problem. They made it seem as though we were at fault. Please don't ever take your business there. they're assholes they are mean they are nasty. I don't care what religion creed color they are. I love all religions creeds and colors let's make that very clear! I love every one of every color, creed and religion . However I'm just saying that when you are rude and leave your customers in dangerous situations whilst screaming at them. At some point you have to take the responsibility. do not take your business to these people! They are greedy and they're jerks and they're not playing by any rules! Also as angry as I am do not make this about race or about creed color or anything to do with that this has to do with a nasty man who owns a gas station who is a greedy fucker. These people are very dishonest. They over charged me for my bbq gas refill. They charged me the full price for the container, even though I brought a container in. When I asked the cashier why it was so expensive he stated that is was the tax. I told him how he over charged me and he said too late I already paid. It was a very frustrating situation. This Shell also fixes cars, I would not trust them to fix a car and be honest about the costs. read more

This isn't just any gas station, this gas station pours out liquid gold that pumps rapidly into your car. If you want to pump and dump in under 5 mins this is the place to go. The gasoline tastes pretty good but I wouldn't recommend drinking and driving. Make sure to have a responsible driver that is within the limit. read more

3 Stars We were heading to The Spot after partying, but after I turned on Ventura, I noticed that our friends weren't following us anymore. Turns out someone started throwing up and they had to pull over, ahahahah!!! I pulled in here to fill up on gas while we waited for them. The store was still open (after 2am) and was really clean and organized. Barfzilla didn't want anything, so I paid and left. Did notice that the air machine for tires costs $0.75. Not sure what other places in the area charge. read more

Went through the routine of putting in a credit card to get gas machine kept saying see cashier I go inside the cashiers on the phone and he reset it then it does it again then he says we'll just stay inside and meanwhile he's on the phone then he doesn't use my Ralphs rewards card so I don't get the discount. And when I told him he didn't ask me for it he said it's not my job. BAD BAD BAD WON'T EVER GO THERE AGAIN! PS we give them no stars if I could read more

The men were very rude when I went to get an oil change . He said he would do an oil change and air filter for $65.00 but I remembered I had an air filter in my trunk. So I told him this before hand and he demands I pay the $65.00 anyways . He charged me twice and yelled at me the entire time . He gave me a p/40 oil in my car that has almost 200,000 miles on it . Wrong oil number for my car and I never saw him take the old oil out or an oil filter. Don't go here !!! read more

Why would anyone trust a Shell Station for ANYTHING EXCEPT A DRINK, GUM, CIGARETTES & maybe quick fill of gas? They cannot be trusted. Especially with your CAR SERVICE. Goodyear and Firestone Repair Cars NOT SHELL. It is a terrible place to go for anything expensive. What do they know? Training? Profits are most important to them! If you need gas quickly use CASH. Watch how they give back "CHANGE" you might be missing a dollar or two? uhm? I got Lottery Tickets and the guy behind the counter TRIED TO KEEP MY $1.00 IN CHANGE.
