Every Wawa, I've been, including this one, have been bright, and clean, your typical selection of food, snacks,, sundries, beer/soda etc..... and they also have a fantastic hot food counter, where you can get items for breakfast/lunch/dinner. I heard the tacos are fantastic. They even have ATMs that do not charge a surcharge. (there may be a surcharge from your own bank, but not to use the ATM.) The gas prices are very reasonable, and hey, it's New Jersey. You don't pump your own gas. Just like the old days, you just pull up and say "fill 'er up!! ". I'm a fan. If you live close to here and you want to fill up on gas I would recommend going to one of the stations on Oak Tree Road or Plainfield Ave because they are much cheaper. That being said, there are always cars here waiting to get gas, so I guess they hit the market they wanted to (locals who don't want to drive out of their way to get gas). This place also has a convenience store inside, which is nice because you can fill up on snacks before you head out on the road or you can pick up a newspaper and a coffee on Sunday morning. They have a decent selection of snacks and drinks as well as coffee and pastries. The people who work at this place are very nice and most are local to the area, so it really has a neighborhood feel to it. They do have a vacuum and a tire pump on the corner, so if you need a quick touch up, you have those available to you. They also have an ice machine, a propane tank holder and a bathroom. Over never used any of those, but they're convenient if you need them. In all, this is a nice gas station with friendly workers and a convenience store, but you will be detracted from coming here because of he outrageous prices of gas. I recommend going here for the snacks and a coffee and waiting to fill up until you get to a cheaper place a mile or so up the road.

Any time I visit my Jersey friends I make it a point to stop at one and get my fix, and this stop in Edison was in my most direct path on my way back to Queens so I gave it a try. I ordered an Italian sandwich which was made fresh and hit just right, plus a giant pretzel to take home with me which was delicious. This Wawa was busy but pretty clean which I was happy about. They were well stocked with plenty of premade items too. I was disappointed they didn't have any of their stuffed pretzels available here, but I was here at a weird hour of day so maybe I'd just missed them. Stopped by Fuel One in North Brunswick (1890 US-1 N) Saturday night. The gas attendant told me to…read morepull up my car two times which I did. After filling up my car, he put the fuel cap back on but I did not hear any clicks. I did not get out of my car at that time. Got home and went to check it. Sure enough. The fuel cap was just on but not closed all the way. When I googled it, this is what shows: If a fuel cap is not closed all the way, it can lead to several issues including: fuel vapors escaping, potential check engine light activation due to emissions system errors, increased fuel evaporation, dirt and debris entering the fuel tank, and potentially causing rough idling or difficulty starting the engine; essentially, it can impact your car's performance and fuel efficiency due to the lack of a sealed fuel tank. Not sure what his problem was and had to do something like this to damage my car. This might be an isolated case. In any case, if you do get gas from them especially at night please make sure the gas attendant does close the fuel cap all the way to avoid above issues. Thanks for reading this review!
