Any time I visit my Jersey friends I make it a point to stop at one and get my fix, and this stop in Edison was in my most direct path on my way back to Queens so I gave it a try. I ordered an Italian sandwich which was made fresh and hit just right, plus a giant pretzel to take home with me which was delicious. This Wawa was busy but pretty clean which I was happy about. They were well stocked with plenty of premade items too. I was disappointed they didn't have any of their stuffed pretzels available here, but I was here at a weird hour of day so maybe I'd just missed them. I'll obviously be back though because it's conveniently located on my route back to NY.

The most recent two times I went here, it took around 10 minutes for my car to register any gas was put in. This is weird, as my car shows the gas filling up as it's being pumped and has never had this delay before. The attendant said it must be my car that's the problem, but it's fine with literally every other gas station? I took my car to a dealer later that day, for an unrelated reason, and mentioned the delay in the gas reading that anything was put into my car. The dealer checked my car and said that the meter was fine. He told me that the only other reason this would happen would be if the gas has been watered down or diluted in some other way. Ever since I stopped using this place I haven't had any issues with the gas meter. The attendant also tried scamming a mom who was on the other side of my gas stall. She asked for $15 of gas, and I heard him repeat it back to her. He then puts in $50 of gas and she's furious. He refused to take off the extra charge. I even told him how I heard her give the correct amount and that he repeated it back. He still refused. Really not fair.

So I really appreciate it and it's one of my favorite spots to get gas in Edison. I always find myself over here because it's one of my favorite Gong Cha locations. My car STRICTLY takes 93 only as it is modified and tuned for that gas and it even SAYS on the gas cap when you open it. I said "fill it up 93" and he proceeded to fill my tank (was near empty) with 87 OCTANE!!! I know I said 93 because I've had my car for 5 years and ONLY put 93 in it and my girlfriend who was with me heard it too. The only thing he said was "sorry" BUT THAT WAS NOT IT!! He then proceeded to put 93 in my car when my tank was already full. He charged me for both the 87 AND the small amount of 93. This place SUCKS and whoever put the gas in my car needs to be FIRED.
