THEY CAME HIGHLY RECOMMENDED -…read more pretty much complete incompetence - simple job turned into a nightmare taking 3 times longer than it should because they couldn't find the parts and then DIDN'T EVEN DO THE WORK THAT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO DO then claimed we never told them that's what we wanted............... REALLY PATHETIC communication between mechanics... almost started my engine with NO COOLANT IN IT....... I came in with fluid leaks.... the SECOND leak the first mechanic pointed out was the FUEL PUMP was leaking BADLY..... 4 DAYS in their shop and THEY NEVER FIXED THE FUEL PUMP...... i had to put it in myself - because, again, they couldn't get the parts in time....... I paid $2500+ to have the transmission removed and an engine main seal fixed that was leaking badly. They TOLD ME the front main seal of the tranny was leaking, too. So, I told them, Okay while you have it out I want ALL THE SEALS DONE. They sent it off to local Allison dealer because I guess they couldn't do work on Allison trannys. After 4 days, tranny is back in and I go home. Next trip found fluid leaking out of the tranny - rear main seal of the transmission.... took it back to Webfoot - they claim I never told them to do BOTH seals...... REALLY??? WHO THE HELL pulls a tranny and goes through ALL THAT WORK and doesn't replace ALL THE PRIMARY SEALS....?!?!?! i'm about to get a damn lawyer..............................

Of course in Oregon they pump your gas for you but the attendant also washed the windshield without having to be told. We were towing a trailer and it's a small driveway in and out on a busy street. The attendant explained the best way to get out onto the highway. I noticed they had a bucket of dog biscuits for customers with dogs too. Next to the restrooms is a little bistro patio seating area. Hands down, the best service I have ever received at a gas station. Refreshing for an Era that seems to have forgotten what good service is. I will stop here whenever traveling through.

Second, he does what he needs to make sure the job is done right. Finally, he's super honest and affordable. We first took our CRV in to have the AC fixed. He got us in ASAP considering it was summer and over 100 degrees. Trust me when I say we saved hundreds of dollars taking it here and not to the Honda shop. We then took our hybrid Toyota Highlander in for an oil change, new air filter, tire rotation and a couple cosmetic fixes (one not so small). I couldn't believe everything we had done for what he charged. This is not a big corporate service shop. You will be treated as a friend as soon as you arrive and you will not regret it.

Best I can say is Hams work and customer relations are unpredictable. Being presented with a bill 50% over the estimate is just not professional. Finally, and unequivocally the last time, I took my car in for a larger project. My car is an 'exotic' with a very special paint color and material. Hams failed twice to complete the work satisfactorily. Eventually, I had to demand that the insurance payment made to Hams be refunded, and I had to take the car to a shop in Portland to get the Hams work removed (out-of-pocket cost to me) and then the restoration done properly.
