The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, and most importantly, the prices are very reasonable for being a small business in a small town. So if you find yourself this part of town while there's snow, and Tioga Pass is closed, don't even bother. We were pretty skeptical of fish tacos all the way out in the mountains, so we settled for the lobster and crab taquitos. Honestly, the taquitos felt like they came out of the freezer and weren't that special, but the rice was really good! I'd come here for a pit stop, but it's not like I have to eat here, unless I have a long journey ahead with no food. We found this store as we want to visit the welcome center but the center just closed when we arrived. It was a huge store and busy. It sell mostly everything you need while you are in the park minus fresh produce. Price is reasonable and even though it is very busy store, the line move pretty fast as they have so many check out point. If you stay inside the park and forget something, you can visit this store. It is very nice to have this store in the park as sometimes we just forgot to bring something while staying in the park. There are plenty of parking but it was almost full when we arrived at 5 pm. Just be patient and you will eventually find the parking.
