Stopped by the store like I usually do for a car wash, (I have had a subscription to their car wash…read morefor many years) Before the wash I stopped in the store to buy five separate lottery tickets. They refused (specifically a "Hailey") saying that their manager told them they couldn't sell separate lottery tickets. The young man on duty sold me the separate tickets. The young woman became "snippy" and said she was only following her managers directions. I had to play games with them to sell me five separate lottery tickets Haley, the clerk, along with a young man were working there at about 830 PM on Friday, December 19. said their manager said they could not sell separate lottery tickets. This sounded strange. I walked out of the store, looked up in the web under Minnesota state statutes. Guess what, they broke the law. "A lottery dealer cannot refuse to sell separate lottery tickets. The treatment the young woman was embarrassing in front of other customers. I've been a customer of this store for decades. The woman became very snippy when I walked outside and came back in. She loudly said: the person behind you is next. How embarrassing The young man sold the separate tickets. I guess this shows what kind of person she is is, rude. Insolent. I was polite, never talked sarcastically and smiled. I've dealt with many rude passengers and rude employees. )I'm a retired airline pilot and over 30 years I've seen many types. Although I live a couple miles from this station, I don't think after being embarrassed by the treatment I receive in front of others, I'm not going back to this station there's other stations with car wash programs without the rude employees. I left a message with the State Attorney General's office and the MN lottery commission office. Too bad there are people like this working in customer service. I visited this BP gas station twice within 24 hours. It's the closest one to where I was staying in…read moreBloomington. When I got back from my road trip to Des Moines, I needed to refuel my rental car. I did a quick search and found this gas station. It was easy to find and pull into. I used my BP app to unlock the gas pump and pay for my gas purchase. I love this app, especially when it was 2°C outside with wind gusts. Instead of fumbling for my credit card and standing outside the gas pump longer to get my card approved to start filling up my gas tank, I did everything in my car. When the gas pump was unlocked, I simply fuelled my car, took my receipt, and headed into my car to warm up. This gas station is unique. I have never seen any BP convenience store in the Twin Cities sell vapes, tackle, bait, and hookah flavours. It's truly unique. I didn't need any of them, but it's good to know where to go if I do. The fishing supplies make sense, as this BP is near Long Meadow Lake. I'm guessing that while folks fish and wait for a bite on their line, they vape and smoke, with fancier folks doing the hookah thing. I dropped by this gas station before I returned my car rental at the airport. I also had another seamless transaction, topping off my gas tank and using the app to accomplish this task. The gas station has a car wash. It's a pretty cool BP and likely the most eclectic one that I have ever been to. (396)

Decided to pass on the service at this B.P. . Was letting my dog Brutus out to check out a turkey…read morethat roams around the intersection. The old lady that works there came out with some rude attitude about how Brutus and i were going to harm the turkey. I hadn't thought about hurting the turkey at all. The thought hadn't crossed my mind, until she said something about "not to kill it" or something along those lines. I had leashed up the TUS and wanted him to see a turkey, up close. I dont think he has seen one up close. He wasn't displaying any aggression or even barking. He WAS whining, due to the fact he wanted to play with said turkey. But with the employee making assumptions and vocalizing them. And i didnt want her to get any louder than she already was. It was like she was trying to rally anyone within hearing distance. But it didn't need to be all that. It really wasn't that big of deal. Just wanted Brutus to have a turkey experience. Which he did. Briefly. So i gave him the tug to let him know it was time to retreat to the car. We really upset the employee. She didn't have the nicest look towards Brutus and i. There was more said. Which got Marissa to trigger. So she said something and then said that we'll be bring our business elsewhere.(which i never state. Its like ooooo. One person isnt going to make a difference.) Once in the car. She asked if i had heard everything she said. I said not Everything. I was chatting with a guy in a SUV, thru some of her ranting. Soo she reiterated the majority of what was brought to our attention by the employee. In which i would have to agree and say that she could have been a bit more polite or even politically correct. Marissa didnt even make it innthe store. She seen the employee high tailing over to Brutus 'n i. And figured she better see what's going on. And after i had said " it's ok. We'll go back to the car" to the lady. That's when she interjected some stern words for the employee. She handled like she was at her work. All civilized and courteously. But also know she the boss and gotta be polite. And then she got into the car. Pretty much at the same time i was getting into the drivers seat from putting The Tus in the back seat and taking the leash off. Then we peeled the hell outta there like a bat outta hell!!!!......... No. Im kidding. We left like all, normal like. From what i took away from what the employee was trying to lay down. Is. They. Her. Bp. Do not appreciate pitbulls(even though Brutus is a American Bulldog, he does look like a pit.) Or owners of pitbulls. I certainly did NOT try to display us like that. Aggressive. Or Aggressively. Or in any way try to play her part. I guess. Brutus and i can/could have looked like we were going to kill it. Some how. But honestly. Not our intention. I didn't think it was all that it was made out to be. Thought it was all dragged out of proportion. Rather quickly, might i add. But she had to "dig her nails in a bit" which prompted me to alert y'all. Before you stop there with a bully breed dog and get caught up in something of a big display. And made assumptions about your dog and character. Be safe and careful everyone! Carpe Diem!
