I've enjoyed stopping at this station for years. Now that the EV charging options have been greatly expanded at this Shell location it is super crowed; long lines for the restaurants and to use the restroom. They are still keeping the restrooms nice but they really do not have a big enough facility for all the people there charging EVs. If you have an EV it's a great stop both Tesla and generic chargers available if you need gasoline and want to use the restroom or get food or mini mart consider another station in Baker. read more

The convenience store does not have prices on any of the cold beverages (sodas, water, energy drinks). A 12 Oz soda is extremely overpriced (approx $5.25). Avoid purchasing snacks. But Jersey Mike's is fair and has great service. read more

On 7/25/22 between 2:30pm-2:45pm my mom fell at your location. She sat down on one of your chairs and the chair fell apart into 3 parts. There were screws on the floor. I went inside the food mart to ask for help and no one wanted to help. It was the worst service. They were trying to blame her when it was your negligence for not inspecting the seating area. No one wanted to make a report or even check if she was okay. I had to call the ambulance to make sure she was okay since she is diabetic. There was also no manager on-site and they did not want to provide me the number to the manager. When they finally did there was no answer. It was the worst/scariest experience. Eduardo refused to help and the cashier was worse trying to blame my mom. I asked his name and he said Leonel but I'm sure he gave me a fake name because he laughed after giving it to me and ignored me when I asked him to repeat his name. read more

Not a pleasant experience at all. As soon as I walked in both employees two hispanic males are arguing behind the counter yelling profanities at each other in Spanish. Keep in mind I am Hispanic myself and fluent in Spanish. Normally I wouldn't say anything but I'm with my two kids both under 10 yrs old who are learning Spanish and to walk in to a gas station I never expect to have to shield my kids from hearing what the heard today.This is not about my parenting this is about their lack of professionalism. Managers please address this behaviors immediately for if this continues it will only hurt your business. I work with nothing but Hispanics and I would not tolerate the lack of professionalism I experienced here today. They don't show you the price of anything until it's been rung up because if you knew, you would walk out. It must be great to sleep at night knowing that's how you do business. Sleep well. Large nice bathroom, but could have used better cleaning. On the rare times I purchase a candy bar, it's from a gas station on a trip. I pick something a little unusual. This gas station / Plaza could have been very good for us. They have DQ, and a Tapioca Express, of all things! Pros: Very clean restrooms according the Mrs. (+1) Tapioca Express! This gas station force cancels gas cards, even after approval. Completely unnecessary since with gas cards you have to punch in several series of numbers to authenticate... This stretch off road has many other gas stations choices that do this very petty and extremely inconvenient practice with gas cards. read more

Plenty of other gas stations down the road. The pump read my card and zip code, but said to see the cashier. Inside I told the cashier what the pump had said. He replied, 'I am the cashier, what do you want?' I said I wanted to fill the tank. He said, 'We charge $75 dollars to fill the tank.' I said it would not be that much. He said, 'What do you want $50? This nonsense continued over and over. I walked out and drove down the street where the pump worked normally. I could only hope they didn't put some amount on my card or sell the card number. read more

The only reason I'm not giving this place one stars because of its proximity to a Tesla charging station which is large and very fast. However, if you go into the store, they have a Dairy Queen and a sub Place Jersey Mike's and they are way overpriced. I got three small subs that were very basic and it was over $30. Even the market is way overpriced. The tiny little Arrowhead waters that usually cost .79 were $2.49! Anyway, if you can avoid this place you should because they're really try to rip you off every opportunity they get. read more

On the way back from driving from Universal City CA to Las Vegas, my daughter needed a restroom break. We saw a sign that stated this Shell location had clean-bathrooms, so we decided to stop here. This location did not have clean restrooms and was quite busy for the middle of the day. Associated to the Shell is a diary queen where you can buy ice cream and mini lunch snack offerings. Inside the Shell store was relatively clean. There was a bunch of food(snack types) like your candy, chips, chocolates, drinks etc. They had plenty of gas pumps for you to gas up your vehicle on the drive into Vegas or the Drive back to Cali. What I thought was super cool of this location, was there electronic car charging station. I've never seen anything like it yet! There must have been over 20+ charging stations for vehicles, and there were electronic cars (Teslas) that were charging. It's nice to see certain places keeping up with the latest technologies. read more

I stopped here on my way to Vegas. I bought a few small bags of ice for my cooler figured they'd be around $2-3 as most gas stations but they were over $4. This place price gouges due to location. They also asked if I needed bags that are .40 cents each instead of .10. They are also trying to make money off the bags. This place is ridiculous. I do not recommend stopping here. I'm a truck driver. Pulled in here at 6Am to get a cup of coffee. Walked in and the cashier was to busy looking at his phone to greet me. They had 4 pots of coffee and all of them were empty. Asked the cashier if they had any coffee. He looked up from his phone, clearly irritated that I would bother him. He said if there is no coffee then no there isn't any. So I asked how long before someone made some. Again he was clearly irritated that I was bothering him, he said " I don't know, maybe an hour". I will never come in here again. Prices are sky high and they don't value there customers. Walked across the street to Mobil and the cashier greeted me with a good morning and guess what, plenty of hot coffee. The restrooms are clean and Dairy Queen is quality ice cream. The shell gas station however over charges. Snicker bar that would cost 1.29 is 2.99 for example. I can buy 2 Gatorades (normal sized twist cap), small water, and energy drink and $20 easy. read more
