How can you know if the car wash code is working unless you walk out the door and go around to the car wash machine. Never coming here again.

It's surprising that a gas station so close to a major freeway exit would be closed at that hour. I thanked the attendant and drove to another station about 10 minutes away. As I got back on the freeway, I noticed someone actively pumping gas at the supposedly closed Arco. Strange, right? Inconsistent service like this is frustrating, especially at such a critical location.

I have been…read morecoming to this Chevron for the past 20 years, and I have always had a great experience day or night. It was very convenient as it is only 2 min away from my current address. However, I will never go back to this place reason being is Estella. On Aug. 17th at 12:05pm. I went for a quick gas stop and I had my electric scooter in the back of the truck, so I figured i'd add air to the tires since I was already there. I have done multiple times in the past with no questions or any issues. I figured today would be nothing different. I was very wrong I went to the counter and asked Estella if she could turn on the air machine she looked at me and gave me a demeaning look. She said I don't THINK we can give you free air. I said what do you mean? She said you have to pay for the air now I was like the machine states it is FREE right now! This is false advertising! She said you know how things are changing and I said okay what does that have to do with anything it says FREE! I said can you press the button please and just turn it on. Estella said if I press it may work and may not work. I told her that's fine ill take my chances. She said never mind you have to pay I am not pressing the button! There was a guy at the counter who looked to be around maybe mid 20s, who asked me if I was going to ask for the napkins. I was like um are they not free or something? He told me no and started lecturing me about how I have to respect him in a very very rude tone. I told him that he was very rude and he said "f*** you" which I responded with I hope you have a better day and left. Tried calling the store to speak with the manager and got hung up on multiple times. I've never ever had a customer service experience like this, it's unfortunate that I will never be back at this location as it is my local gas station. The management here needs to check their employees because they'll lose alot more business if more people have the same experience I did.

The drying time offered at the end was 90 seconds, so plenty of time. Overall, it got most of the gunk off, and only left a few spots that needed some elbow grease. I think it competes well with the other car washes in the area for their pricing. I would come again, as it's conveniently next to the freeway!

The process was quick and easy, making it perfect for a fast clean while filling up on gas. The touchless system did an OK job in removing surface dirt and grime but didn't do well with hardened bird poop. HAHA. So i aksed to get another wash and they OK it. Second it was better but there was still residue but I ended up just using some hot water at home to remove the residual. Overall good touchless car wash. Will be back again.
