The first time, I got my money back from the cashier without issue. This time, the person behind the counter first lied and said that the price was correct, and then when I pointed out the price on their sign, he refused to help and told me to call the manager the next day. When I got upset with him he laughed like he thought it was funny that he had stolen money from me. I have reported this to the Shell corporation headquarters and the county and state Departments of Weights and Measures. Hopefully they will be fined and held accountable for this criminal behavior. I would avoid these crooks at all costs.

I went for a quick gas stop and I had my electric scooter in the back of the truck, so I figured i'd add air to the tires since I was already there. I told him that he was very rude and he said "f*** you" which I responded with I hope you have a better day and left. The touchless system did an OK job in removing surface dirt and grime but didn't do well with hardened bird poop. HAHA. So i aksed to get another wash and they OK it.
