I was charged more per gallon than the price posted on their sign. This is the second time in a month that this happened, which means they've probably been overcharging everyone going there for who knows how long. The first time, I got my money back from the cashier without issue. This time, the person behind the counter first lied and said that the price was correct, and then when I pointed out the price on their sign, he refused to help and told me to call the manager the next day. When I got upset with him he laughed like he thought it was funny that he had stolen money from me. I have reported this to the Shell corporation headquarters and the county and state Departments of Weights and Measures. Hopefully they will be fined and held accountable for this criminal behavior. Close to work convienent, and has a Subway drive thru! Has both diesel and that other kind. Best fuel price around the area. Lots of pumps All the trappings of a convienence store and more. Big station, well spaced out pumps. Used to have a taco bell inside. Friendly staff Mexican food joint inside for quick taco burritos (forget the name ...so so) Clean store. A cozy, potentially romantic dining spot, perhaps. I have been here so many times but today something different caught my eye and I was inspirted to tell a tale of this gas station. Among other things, this gas station had, off to the southeast corner of the lot was a round table/bench/umbrella set. It was surrounded by gentle green grass and a few brown trees. To one side you hear the wind and sound of the freeway and the street on the other. On a midsummer night with gentle lighting I could picture a relaxing break. Although I have never seen anyone sit here, I never really noticed it till today. The station itself is great, what a gas station should be. Easy access from both sides on two major streets. This one is the closest to the freeway. It has a carwash tucked away in the back with a entrance and exit which is not get in the way. They have the usual goodies of a gas station which sells snacks, although I have purchased subway here before. Additionally, they have those breakfast muffins they advertise on their wall. I used their air machine on advice from a co-worker, freind who noticed my tire. I will probably be back for gas but maybe not for a romantic dinner, but, who knows. read more

I've been coming here for about 5 years as my business is just down the street. I love this place because it's always clean and the people working there (specifically Danny,Jenny, Holly, Violetta) are so friendly. Although the gas is a bit pricey, it's convenient and worth going to a station where the people treat you right. I also frequent Subway, which is located inside, and everyone there is just as friendly (Sol, Oti and the rest of the employees) This really is a great one stop shop. Stopped into this Shell while on a road trip. The store was very clean and the cashier was very freindly. I noticed they had a Subway inside and the bread smelled soooo good! One thing i was pleased about it they carry the Strawberry Hostess Pies that I have been wanting to try for years. I was seriously delighted over a snack.. Ha! They have bathrooms that are clean... Really bad customer service! If you go in the early morning, the cashiers are way too friendly with the male customers but rude with anyone else. Newly remodeled like the other shell down the street! Both are really clean, have fast service subways with clean bathrooms! Usually pass by the other shell down the street but this one has a car wash. read more

Although I was concerned at first about the quality of cigar I smoked from this shell gas station, I have to say that is was not bad. I smoked it using a match, and then a lighter. It came with two in one bag, two! The convenience clerk made me wait to discuess the situation. I will update again when I have smoked the second from the bag. read more

Just went through the car wash got the deluxe wash not the regular my car is a streaky filthy mess. Either their brushes are filthy or the rinse water and don't bother using it waste of money. read more

Prices are always a bit higher at shells but like always .."you get what you pay for".. and this is fairly nice location and there's almost always an open spot to fill up so that's definitely a plus the subway... it's a lethal combination haha.. i'll keep filling up here. read more

I have never seen such a horrible array of bad customer service Under One Roof in one little building I arrived at the Shell station with my girlfriend and mother my mother had to use the restroom really badly so I went ahead and made sure that you got to the restroom and we decided to buy some food using my EBT card which they gladly accept. The show called gentleman, using the term loosely, acted as if I was giving him a root canal or probing him for colon cancer he was hemming and hawing and huffing and puffing like he didn't want to do his job and then I asked him if he could please provide a bag to put our stuff in and he said I have to charge you $0.20. Wait a minute is there some new laws that change that we was EBT cards have to pay for the bags anybody else would have been free you don't get charged 4 bags if your on EBT so I proceeded to tell him very sternly give me to get in a better mood buddy he said thank you which is unseen Seer and he was being a smart-ass I have never been into an establishment that made me feel like crap like this place did shame on the Cuban cashier at night You Oughta be ashamed of yourself and the management at Shell you guys should really think about who you hire District Frontline people to greet the public this guy is completely a piece of garbage read more
