The first time, I got my money back from the cashier without issue. This time, the person behind the counter first lied and said that the price was correct, and then when I pointed out the price on their sign, he refused to help and told me to call the manager the next day. When I got upset with him he laughed like he thought it was funny that he had stolen money from me. I have reported this to the Shell corporation headquarters and the county and state Departments of Weights and Measures. Hopefully they will be fined and held accountable for this criminal behavior. I would avoid these crooks at all costs.

They also have propane, as well as an air and water machine. Their gas prices are on par with other major non-independent stations in the nearby area. The inside of this Shell has a very nice and modern looking food mart with several aisles of food items, and a cooler along the back wall with various beverages. There is also a Subway sandwich shop inside. This will probably be my regular gas station from now on. PRO TIP FOR ALL SHELL GAS STATIONS: Shell is partnered with Ralphs grocery stores through the Ralphs Rewards program. For every $100 spent at Ralphs, you earn a $0.10 cent per gallon discount at Shell, up to a maximum discount of $1.00 per gallon. Most Fridays, Ralphs has a coupon in their app to get 4x fuel points for Ralphs purchases made on that day.
