The first time, I got my money back from the cashier without issue. This time, the person behind the counter first lied and said that the price was correct, and then when I pointed out the price on their sign, he refused to help and told me to call the manager the next day. When I got upset with him he laughed like he thought it was funny that he had stolen money from me. I have reported this to the Shell corporation headquarters and the county and state Departments of Weights and Measures. Hopefully they will be fined and held accountable for this criminal behavior. I would avoid these crooks at all costs.

He then proceeded to say that he wouldn't pay if nothing was filled. She then tells my boyfriend that he still has to pay because she came outside to do this....mind you this is part of her job? The touchless system did an OK job in removing surface dirt and grime but didn't do well with hardened bird poop. HAHA. So i aksed to get another wash and they OK it.
