A few years ago my wife and I decided to support a local business and used "Craig's Flooring " over…read morea National chain company and it was an absolute horrible experience. Our "problem" area was with the laminate; the material used was poor quality and flimsy. Craig had to come out several times himself to redo the flooring because it kept moving whereas large gaps between joints would develop, mind you, this was just the first year! Additionally, the flooring started chipping where these joints separated; a complete nightmare! We had the entire flooring in the house replaced with rugs, laminate and hardwood; this was the point where we found out out that most of his flooring work is subbed out to other contractors where he has no control over quality. We eventually moved and I was told that the new couple were replacing the flooring. We would not recommend this business!!!

Friendly staff, expert design and a surprisingly short delivery time for custom closets. We felt…read morethey valued our business even tho we don't need a separate closet for formal wear LOL. Jacki the owner designed the layout and her team installed bars & shelves in our master closet. Only 6x6 foot - hey that was a pretty good size back in 1980 - and now it holds more and looks way better. The Sophisticated Storage Solutions showroom is a huge plus because it has several realistic closets built out with shelves, bars and drawers. Oh sure they have a couple the size of a NYC apartment :) but also closets that actually look like mine - i.e., small. And Jacki was totally flexible, she opened the showroom on a Saturday, that relieved a lot of weeknight stress. This company will install the closet, or just sell you pieces/parts and you do it yourself. If they do the work there's no sales tax because it counts as a capital improvement. If you do the work you get a 20% discount but have to pay the governor 7%. For 13% I punted and let them do the drilling and hanging. One guy working alone did the install in just three hours. The hardware is made by Grass of Germany, the boards come from Canada. Bottom line: the boss is really, *really* happy with her new closet, what more can a guy do?

We bought new construction and one of the reasons we chose our particular units is because it had two large walk-in closets (unfinished) in the Master Suite. We are both clothes freaks and have always dreamed of having fabulous closets. We brought in Wendy Scott from Sophisticated Storage Solutions, told her what we wanted and she quickly went to work. We met with her several times and spoke with her countless times. She took our needs and dreams and turned our closets into high-end show places and for a very fair price. The materials, finishes and installation process were all top-of-the-line. I feel like I have tripled the space I had and for the first time I have easy access to ALL of my clothes, shoes, belts etc. I even have room left for additional clothes! She made the process painless and fun and her design ideas were outstanding. She was extremely patient and very helpful with making difficult choices. We highly recommend asking Wendy to take a look at your space.

Kitchen fabulous cabinet, they were great in every way. Pricing, quality, and patience. Caroline helped me. I was designing/ remodeling a old kitchen. I was not sure how to or where to begin. Other places I went to were not willing to take the time to actually walk you through the process. And the prices were very high. Caroline helped me with the design and even pointed out aspects of the design I may have missed. Caroline also worked with me if I had a question or changed my mind. They deliver was on time and was quick. The man was even courteous enough to ask if I wanted him to remove his shoes to not track mud! It goes to show every detail to the design and delivery. The men that brought in countertops and cut the stone were fantastic too. I could not be happier with them

They were great help in executing the look we wanted. Especially during the supply chain issues. We were fortunate to have our cabinets delivered in the timeframe we were given. Delivery day went smoothly and efficiently. A few weeks later our cabinets were installed by our contractor where it was discovered that we were excluded one draw roll out for our pantry & the glass front doors had a slight mix up.
