I was met by Matt at the counter, who I explained my situation to, and even though it didn't look good for my transmission or my pocketbook, they repaired a major tranny leak, refilled the line, and charged me at such a MINIMAL rate, I broke down in tears. They allowed me to use my own transmission fluid (to save money) and took me to the Service area, showing me the problem(s) and what they had done to fix them while my car was up on the lift. I have never felt so taken care of and so honestly served. For a mechanic shop, this is UNHEARD OF customer service. They have a customer for life in me. After I obtain work, things won't always be this difficult financially, and I will be able to give them repeat business. I plan to bless them who blessed me. Sculley Automotive, you rock! The few issues that I've noticed with them pretty much come down to being very active at any given time. You need to schedule ahead of time and make sure to keep in touch with them regularly! People from larger cities that have many shops will be surprised at just how busy a place like this can be, so try to stay ready for it. The work done has been solid, however. They do what they say they are planning to and will check with you if other things need to be done, instead of hitting you with sudden charges for work you don't care about. In all I'm rather pleased with their service. They get an extra star for being pretty much without real competition in the area.
