They offer ear piercing and the waiting area is also a good size. One of my favorite features about this office is the online portal. It's especially helpful when you have a newborn/infant, and you have non-urgent questions. The doctors are very good at responding within a day or two. They also recommend a family-owned pharmacy across the street where the pharmacist is equally as friendly and welcoming. A great experience and I highly recommend this office!

We absolutely adore Hannah. We feel like she truly loved and cared about our son, which is so special when we know they see so many kids. Again, as a first time parent I felt silly going in and telling Hannah "he just doesn't sleep... I feel like something is wrong" - I was expecting "he's a new born, that's what they do" and instead Hannah listened to my concerns and (through a series of conversations and tests) discovered that my baby had severe obstructive sleep apnea resulting in surgery. When the results came in Hannah called me and said "look at you, trusting your gut. YOU know what is right for your baby and you did so great by him." She is constantly reassuring us and taking the best care of our boy. He LOVES going to the doctor and getting to see "his" Miss Hannah. We have seen Dr Warner on a few occasions also and felt just as comfortable and heard.
