Walls are very thin and they have no sense of privacy. They asked me to undress my newborn before they even closed the door and started asking me personal questions for others to hear. They have bugs crawling around in the rooms, some are even dead in the corners. Maryanne is very rude and doesn't know what she's doing. She's also the one who's talks the most about the patients. They scheduled me for an appointment at 11am, I didn't even see the doctor until 12pm. (Not because of me, but because the doctor took so long to come in) Then when he did come see her, he spent only 4 minutes with us and sent us on our way. They couldn't even give me change for my copay and I had to leave a credit on my account and they couldn't even figure out if I had a copay either, so they just made me pay it. What kind of place is this?!? Finding a new pediatrician ASAP!

Today, we saw the nurse practitioner for my daughter's checkup and shots. It went well. This was the first time my daughter didn't get hysterical about getting her shots. I also turned down the HPV shot per usual without too much upset from staff. The office is clean and professional. I like this office and staff.

I called with a concern and was treated incredibly poorly by the receptionist staff. Both women who I spoke to were incredibly hostile and unwilling to answer any questions. This has been an ongoing problem and it is incredibly unbecoming of a doctor's office. These women have no respect for the patient nor for their concern. I am seriously considering switching to a different primary care doctor solely because I don't believe I can talk to these receptionists anymore. It's an awful reflection of the business and shows lack of care for patients. I severely urge for this place to get better and more experienced staff. It clearly seems like none of them have the capacity for kindness. I called twice about a concern and they tried to make it seem like I was in TROUBLE for calling twice because I wanted to give them more information. She raised her voice at me multiple times which was incredibly rude and unhelpful. These ladies are rude, slow, incompetent, inconsiderate, and unprofessional.
